After Willow was put to bed, Koda made some phone calls and a truce was made. Gathered in Koda's living room were Jasper, Carlisle, Edward, Sam, Jared, and Paul.
"This is getting ridiculous. I want whoever is behind this dead." Jasper half spit as he closed the door to Kodas bedroom after checking on a sleeping Willow.
"I agree." Koda stated from his seat at the dining room table
"We're doing everything we can." Carlisle sounded exhausted.
"I can't keep spreading the pack out." Sam paced the floor and looked at his second and third. They both nodded in agreement.
"Did they catch the siren?" Koda looked at Jared and Paul.
"No. She got away." Jared shook his head and averted his eyes.
"Where's Willow?" Paul asked and glanced around the room for his best friend.
"Asleep in the bedroom." Koda gestured to the bedroom and watched as Paul visibly relaxed.
"So what are we looking at here?" Edward sounded frustrated as he looked to his brother who was in deep thought. "An intruder. Scouts. Victoria and Olive."
"How do we combat this?" Sam asked as he stopped his pacing.
"We have the situation in Seattle too. If we don't take care of it, the Voultri will come." Jasper held his arms behind his back and stood at attention.
"We need to find the root of it all." Koda rose from his chair to join the circle.
"I think it's Victoria and Olive." Edward suggested. "I think they are behind it all."
"It makes sense. Why else would they keep showing up?" Jared shrugged as he agreed with what Edward was saying.
"So we take them out." Paul made it sound like it was the easiest thing in the world.
"Paul." Sam warned.
"What? If we kill them we eliminate a problem." Paul looked confused at the fact that Sam was not on his side.
"One of them is Jasper's sister." Koda gestured to the blonde brooding in the corner.
"That complicates things." Jared stated.
"I don't care." Jasper interjected.
"Yes you do." Edward countered.
"No I don't. Not when she's risking Willow's life." Jasper stepped forward and pointed his finger at his brother's face. "She could have been badly hurt tonight and if Olive had something to do with it then she will pay."
"Look at you loverboy with all that pent up rage. It looks good on you." Koda smirked with his arms crossed over his chest.
"Shut up Koda." Jasper snapped.
"Yes sir." Koda winked.
"Are you two done flirting?" Paul interrupted with a glare.
"We need to come up with a plan." Carlisle suggested.
"I agree." Sam stood in the middle of the room beside Carlisle which was a strange sight to behold.
"Bella needs as much protection as possible." Edwards' voice rose with agitation as if he wasn't being taken seriously. "They are after her."
"They are obviously after Willow too dipshit." Paul spat with venom and rose from his seat on the couch.
"Paul." Willow's tired voice sounded from the doorway of the bedroom. She looked disheveled and half asleep with her hand rubbing her eyes.
"Baby why are you up?" Koda crossed the room to grab Willow's face in his hands pressing a soft kiss to her forehead.
"Go back to bed Willow." Jasper stepped forward and spoke in a soft tone.
"You guys are being loud." Willow whined and pulled back from Koda. With a sigh Koda turned away and looked to Paul and gave him a nod.
"Paul." Koda stepped back from Willow and let Paul take his place.
"Let's go Lola. Back to bed." Paul bent down and tossed Willow over his shoulder much to her chagrin.
"Hey! Put me down!" Willow protested and beat her hands against his back. He carried her into the bedroom and kicked the door shut.
"We need to keep her safe." Koda turned back to the group gathered in his living room.
"I know you're worried, Koda, but we have the whole town to think about as well." Sam sighed and crossed his arms over his chest.
"We should hunt them down." Jared brought back up the suggestion from earlier.
"If we could get something of theirs I could do a tracking spell." Koda spoke with his mind deep in thought.
"We could set a trap." Carlisle suggested.
"With what bait?" Sam countered.
"Absolutely not." Edward snapped.
"It's just a thought." Jared shrugged while holding his hands up.
"I swear to God if you were thinking about Willow." Jasper's venom made everyone in the room freeze. Even Koda narrowed his eyes at Jared and some of his magic sparked around his fingers.
"It was just a thought." Jared shrugged again and averted his eye.
"I might be able to track Olive through Jasper since you share the same DNA." Koda suggested. "It would take a while though."
"It's worth a shot." Carlisle nodded.
They spent the next half hour talking about the plan. Koda would work with Jasper to formulate a tracking spell and the others would continue with protection detail. When they finally cleared out both Jasper and Koda were exhausted. The bedroom door opened and Paul reemerged with a small smile on his face.
"She's asking for both of you." Paul half whispered.
When Paul left both Jasper and Koda entered the bedroom to find Willow half asleep on the bed.
"Sleep with me. Both of you." Willow held her head up high enough to look at both of them with a smile on her face. She was making grabby hands like a child and both men found it the cutest thing they had seen.
That's how the three of them ended up wrapped up in each other the next morning with Willow snuggled in the middle. Jasper woke up first to find his hand entangled with Koda on top of Willow's stomach. It was a surprise but not an unwelcome surprise and he didn't let his hand go. There was something about watching both Willow and Koda sleep that he found comforting.
