When we got there I grabbed some drinks for us denying her attempts to pay then we looked around before heading down to our seats.
L- I can't believe we're this close and you were just given tickets that's crazy
C- I know right
L- I've been to a few of these tapings before but never been this close thank you for bringing me I truly appreciate it
C- you're welcome
Soon enough the show started and every now and then she would take pictures of the wrestlers or of herself and it made me happy seeing her so happy and out of her shell for a bit. She was yelling and dancing and singing and she made things so fun and honestly I think I made the right decision when I bought the tickets cause I feel like if I would've done something simple like the movies or even to a local game she wouldnt have been her true self like this. The event came to an end so I took her out to Applebees to eat some dinner. We were seated quickly and after we ordered I started talking
C- so I gotta ask what made you decide to wear contacts tonight since you don't seem to do that at school
L- I was going for the aj lee look and I knew the contacts matched better
C- so that's all this was it was you trying to dress like the wrestler
L- yes and no I mean she inspired this outfit yes but I generally wear stuff like this outside of school like to dance practice and dance recitals and such
C- wait you dance
L- yeah i do
C- where
L- at the dance studio that's down the street from school
C- how come you dance there not at school
L- I don't know I just couldn't bring myself to try out for the schools team granted I'm sure I could've easily made it since I'm the top of the class but you know
C- haha ok so what else don't I know yet
L- umm I'm a Star Wars fan
C- and you've been hiding that from me how rude
She giggled and told me more about which movie is her favorite and who her favorite character is and so on. By the time we were done eating we had discussed marvel and Disney and her family and even what happened to make her stay to herself at school. I gotta say I do feel bad doing this bet after knowing that story but I gotta keep going with it.
