As the party continued for several more hours, Robyn comfortably relaxed into the sea of drunken teenagers, finding herself leaning back into Jay as they danced. Surrounded by blurred bodies, the two traced over each other; him running his fingers over her stomach, while she toyed with his collar slightly seductively. Doing this often, the two were familiar with how their high would plan out- beginning euphoric and passionate before deteriorating into a mess of unnecessary arguing. As of right now, they danced in unison, eyes rolling into the back of their heads between deep exchanges of glances. It felt as though they were the only ones in the room, and the distorted features of those around them were simply colours and shapes moving to the music. This was where she was happiest.

Onto the third girl of the night, Tom felt exhilarated by the abundance of new girls, watching as they gravitated towards him, whispering to one another and stumbling as they encountered him. It being several hours since he had last seen Robyn, he gave the girl a final kiss goodbye, pulling her frame towards him with her belt loops. She giggled, slipping a small paper with her number on it into his hands as he smirked back at her before pushing past and into the crowd. Placing it safely in his pocket with his other small collection, he slid through the dancing bodies, shielding his mouth as he swiftly lit a cigarette.

By this point, it had grown quite late into the night with only a few remaining groups assembled in a crowd. Because of this, she was easy to identify amongst the swirling smoke, his drunken vision gazing through the entanglement of bodies as he watched her dance in awe.

Jay absent from the scene and presumably doing his final drugs of the night, she twirled around in the centre of the crowd, content and freely dancing alone as Tom made his way over.

Emerging from the shifting shapes, Robyn smiled intoxicated as a familiar face appeared in front of her leaning down closely so she could see him.

He had to admit, despite her being ridiculously high, the light movements of her body and the repeated lull of her head rolling back onto her neck only made her look more mesmerising.

"You okay?" he asked, slightly loudly fighting to be heard over both the music and her intoxication. She grinned, nodding as she continued to dance, now pulling his hot hands into hers and lifting them as she resumed dancing. Shocked but simultaneously enjoying it, he toyed with her delicate hands, watching her face smile and relax under the orange overhead lights. Now with her eyes closed, he could fully watch her sway, noticing how she held onto him for support.

After several moments of this, she looked up at the slightly distorted face, only being able to recognise his light eyes and furrowed brows amongst the sea of coloured shapes. Pleased with herself, she gazed up slipping the cigarette from between his lips and placing it in hers, continuing to trace his palm as they stood face to face. He laughed pushing his tongue to the roof of his mouth before saying something she couldn't quite make out.

Now realising the extent of her high, he leaned further down, pushing her disheveled braids from her ear and holding the side of her face to bring her towards him.

"Do you wanna go back?" he questioned, his voice low and raspy causing a shiver of euphoria to wash over her. The room still spinning, she toyed with the idea, the smell of liquor on his lips and his rich cologne tempting her further. She was the queen of bad decisions and this was most definitely not her worst.

Mind trailing of into what she imagined the rest of her night to be like with Tom, she jolted suddenly awoken as a pair of firm hands snaked around her lower waist and pulled her frame back into his. Jay.

Watching, Tom retreated backwards as the brunette assumed the position behind her, his eyes wild and his nose slightly covered in powder residue. Jay glared across at him, aggressively wiping the powder from his nose and deeply inhaling. His eyes flicked from him to Robyn who resumed blissfully dancing, her head rolling back onto the boys shoulder as she took a long drag of the cigarette. She was a lost cause.

Moving Jay around to face her, she leaned up pulling his face down towards his and resting his forehead of hers. For a moment, the two smiled through their lashes at one another, feeling the room grow silent and spinning around them.

"Tom!" one of the previous girls called out as she approached him, drunkenly stumbling as she clung onto him. She was hot and sweating, her eye makeup now creased around her eyes and her hair messily tumbling from the ponytail it was once in. She reeked of vodka and it could be seen from her appearance that she was most definitely wasted.

As Robyn crashed her lips into Jays, she felt the bitter sweet taste of cocaine on his lips and his comforting breath on her face as they interlocked lips. His hand found its way up the nape of her neck, below her braids and securely fastened itself around her soft skin, hot beneath his touch. In the other hand, he clung to her lower back, pulling her crotch into his and towering further over her. For some odd reason, her eyes widened and opened while her lips continued to move in rhythm with his, her gaze now following over Jay's shoulder as she watched the boy with the light dreads.

A few inches away, he stood similar to her and Jay with a petite blonde comfortably beneath his arms. Only seeing the back of her hair, she could barely identify what she saw before her, watching as the blonde moved closer to him and cupped his face in the blur of bodies.

Within seconds, the girl from previously in the night was kissing Tom fast and awkwardly, swirling her tongue at the wrong pace with the wrong pressure. She was just wrong. Slightly bored and disgusted, Tom looked over as the drunk stranger clung to his lips, drawn to the girl he couldn't block from his memory.

Amongst the spinning room, the only thing that she could recognise were Tom's piercing eyes that met hers across the space instantly as they both continued kissing Jay and the girl. Mutually, they remained this way for several moments, unable to pull their eyes away from each other as the tension grew further.

Fixated, Tom watched over the blonde's shoulder as Robyn's jaw moved below her sleek cheekbones. He was entirely unable to shake the feeling of envy and fascination. She was like a drug.
