Kenny: "Quiet down! Pay attention everybody! The first Toman meeting of the year is now in session!" I walked up beside Mikey as they looked at the crowd. "For years now, Toman has been the mortal enemy of the Black Dragon gang. Recently we entered into a truce with them. But that truce has been broken due to a violent conflict between brothers. Our second division vice captain, Hakkai Shiba, and the leader of the Black Dragons, Taiju Shiba. Then due to independent attentions taken by the two leaders of the first division, then Mitsuya, Mei, Mikey and I gotten involved. With the end result that Taiju Shiba and the rest of Black Dragon have all been defeated! Now, some of our members would like address of about some of their roles in that. Come foward and speak, Hakkai Shiba." He walked up and stood beside us.

Hakkai: "This started entirely because of me. I told everyone a selfish lie, and because of that lie, I dragged my Toman family into a fight that should've been mine alone. It almost turned into a war, a war that could've cost many of you your lives. And I am solely to blame. So I apologize to all of you."

Muto: "Hakkai, forget about that shit. Who cares about how a fight starts. Only thing that matters is who wins in the end."

Nahoya: "And in the end, Black Dragon got their asses kicked! So everythings good, am I right or what?" The crowd just started cheering for Hakkai, it made me feel happy because he doesn't deserve hatred.

Hakkai: "Thank you."

Mitsuya: "Hakkai, to state the obvious here, you'll remain the vice captain of second division. That is, if you all agree?" The crowd started cheering again but louder.

Kenny: "Next up, Seishu Inui, Hajime Kokonoi, forward!" The two Black Dragon members stepped forward and greeted us."

Inui: "As you can see, I'm from Black Dragon. I'm Seishu Inui."

Kokonoi: "I'm Hajime Kokonoi. 10th generation Black Dragon leader Taiju Shiba, has been forcibly retired from that position. Inui and I have taken over and represent the 11th generation."

Inui: "Talking with Mikey had us to a new agreement. Black Dragon will now become a part of Toman!"

Mikey: "The new members will be assigned to first divisions, Takemichi Hanagaki. Got it?"

Takemichi: "Wait, how am I qualified to lead all of those guys."

Me: "Should've thought about it when you took the job Takemichi."

Mikey: "They wouldn't join Toman unless it was under you. All I'm doing is respecting their requests." The two stepped down to join with Takemichi.

Me: "There's one last detail I need to take care of, regarding the Christmas night conflict. Teta Kisaki!"

Kisaki: "Yeah?" The ache in my gut grew stronger as he announced.

Me: "You're expelled from the gang. Your Toman membership is revoked." The crowd started gossiping as Kisaki looked up at me with expression that had a mixture of shock and anger.

Kisaki: "You've got to be kidding me, this is insane."

Me: "Does it look to you like I'm making jokes right now? You're out." I looked over and saw Hanma marching up to us.

Hanma: "Woah, woah.. Just hold on a second Mei. If you kick out Kisaki, I'm leaving too, you realize that right? Not only that, out of the 450 Toman members, the 50 Moebius members will quit, and the 300 Valhalla members will bail too. That'll shrink Toman down to 100 guys, is that really what you want?"

Me: "I don't care. Toman's gotten too big here anyways."

Kisaki: "What? Too big? You're not even making sense. Our goal in Toman was to get huge."
