Chapter 25

Me: "I'll kill you. Let's go at em' Toman!"

Everyone started running into the crowd of Tenjiku members but I stayed but. I lost myself in the heat of anger and something came over me, blood lust. Is this what Mikey feels when he loses himself?

Guy: "Heh, you did well against 15. How about 50?" I looked around me noticing a bunch of guys surrounding me.

Me: "Boring... So boring..." A guy ran at me but kicked him, knocking him to the ground.

Chifuyu: "That's a lot of people! Do you want hel-"

Me: "Go pick your own battle.." I continued fighting my way through the men surrounding me and soon they were all gone. I stretched my back out a little and looked over at the Haitani brother's fighting Angry and Hakkai. Such a bad duo. But Angry awakened and beat the shit out of them. Takemichi was fighting the guy I saw in my vision along side Chifuyu. I got so distracted, I didn't notice Hanma behind me.

Hanma: "Here's for kicking us out of Toman." I turn my head and hit me with a pipe, sending me to the ground. I laid there staring up at him.

Me: "Boring..."

Hanma: "Well I guess we won! Toman's strongest is down!" I let out a sigh and look up at the sky.

Me: "It's a beautiful night Mikey, do you see it too?"

Hanma: "Huh? What are you mumbling about? Stay dead, dog." I looked back up at him and sighed. Within a few seconds I reached my leg up, kicking him in the dick sending him down.

Me: "That hit was a punishment to myself, thank you." I stood up, regaining consciousness, but feeling dizzy from the blood spilling out of my head. I walk back into the crowd. "Who wants a piece of me next?!" No one came forward. "Oh come on! You all are so boring!"

Mitsuya: "You need to calm down Mei!"

Me: "Do you want to get your ass kicked Mitsuya? Because I'm not afraid to kick everyone here, including Toman members asses."

Mitsuya: "This isn't like you!" I walked up behind a guys and kicked him to the ground.

Me: "I don't care Mitsuya..." I continued making my way through the crowd, knocking down anyone I saw.

Izana: "I think you've gone long enough.." He ran over and kick me. Everything went black.

I woke up. I looked around and saw Kenny's braid right in front of me. It took me a second to realize but I was on his back.

Me: "Kenny.. Set me down, I'm going to go back and fight.."

Kenny: "You've done enough."

Me: "Set me down." He refused so I pushed myself off of my hitting my back against the ground. "Ow, fuck!" I got up and started walking over towards a group of Tenjiku members.

Kenny: "Mei, come back. It's almost over."

Me: "Wait- When did you guys get here?" I look over at the big space there was in the middle. "Mikey.."

Mikey: "Izana... I wanted to save you."

Izana: "Shut up!" Izana tried kicking Mikey but he dodged it.

Mikey: "You're starting to miss." Mikey punched him in the face, sending him flying, then kicked him which made him fall down. Izana struggled, but got up.

Izana: "What the hell... so you had it in you all this time, huh Mikey?! Excellent, very excellent. This is getting fun, right?!" He tried punching Izana but Mikey dodged, punching him in the stomach.

Mikey: "Why did you become like this?! Why can you love your own sibling?! If only you could've opened your heart, Emma and I would've been happy to take you in! Why Izana?!"

Izana: "Shut up!" He tried going after him, but Mikey punched him again. "Shinichiro, Emma, Why are you on his side?"

Mikey: "You lose Izana.."

Izana: "Kisaki! Give me that!" He walked over to him and took something from his hand. He raised his arm up, then I realized it was a gun. "If I lose this fight, that means I've lost everything, right?"

Mikey: "Izana..."

Izana: "Die Mikey.."

Mikey: "Try and shoot me, Izana. You'll be satisfied right?"

Me: "Mikey! What are you doing!?"

Kenny: "Don't test him Mikey! He is not playing around!"

Mikey: "What's wrong Izana!? Pull the trigger! Try and shoot me!"

I run over to him and knock us both down. I heard the gun shot as a bullet struck through my back. I sat above Mikey, ignoring the feeling of that I was going through. He looked below me, with a shocked expression.

Me: "Hey, are you okay?"

Mikey: "Yeah, I'm fine.." I felt tears falling down my cheeks.

Me: "Good.." I got off of him, letting him sit up. I pulled him close into a hug. "I love you Mikey."

Mikey: "Mei, you're bleeding!"

Me: "I know I am, but I don't care right now.." As we hugged, his breathing got faster and he started panicking. "Calm down, please. Let's just be together for a bit." My vision started blurring and my body stopped functioning properly. I let go of the hug and fell over.

Mikey: "Mei!"

Me: "You know what's funny... I knew I was going to reunite with Baji t-tonight."

Mikey: "You can't say those things, it's not funny."

Me: "I wish I was joking." I started laughing which hurt, a lot. "Don't be sad Mikey, everyone's fighting their hardest to keep you happy." I heard another gunshot. "I can't move my head, is someone hurt?"

Mikey: "I don't know..."

Me: "I feel bad.."

Kenny: "Is Mei okay?!"

Me: "Y-Yeah I'm okay.."

Mikey: "Stop lying, you're not okay!"

Me: "Hey, Kenny... I had a vision, I don't know when, and I don't know how. But I saw you dead. Please, try to keep yourself safe. And do me a favor please.."

Kenny: "What is- What is it?"

Me: "Keep Mikey out of trouble for me.. Make sure Chifuyu owns a pet shop, and make sure Mitsuya becomes a designer. And also when Pah and Kazutora get out of jail, make sure they follow the right path." Mitsuya, Chifuyu, Takemichi, Peh and Hakkai came running up to us.

Mitsuya: "Was she shot-"

Me: "I'm sorry for being so cold to you guys earlier." I started laughing again. "You all better stay out of trouble, I'll kill you.." I continued to laugh as everyone around me started crying. "P-Please stop crying, I can't pass on feeling guilt.."

Kenny: "Someone call an ambulance!" He screamed out, wiping his tears.

Me: "Mikey, you feel so warm.."

Mikey: "Mei..."

Me: "Stop frowning... Please smile..." He hesitated, but smiled. "You're smile is the best thing I've ever seen." I struggled, but I got myself to smile too. "I love you Mikey.."

Mikey: "I love you too.."

I started to close my eyes, I still acknowledged everyone crying beside me. I couldn't stop them anymore. The last thing I thought about was how I'm going to leave everyone, and I took my last breath.
