The sky

Y/n Pov

"We'll be the best." I say looking at them. They all nod agreeing and we start looking at the lyrics. I see the rap part and there is a portion of the song where the music speeds up. "Um Unnie can you take this rap portion I'll take the other one." Ji-a says laughing and pointing to the speed pick up. I nod my head and immediately start practicing my part. After practice for hours we take a break to go eat. Walking into the cafeteria we see the boys. "Hey guys!" I say waving at them. They all turn to us and smile before we head over.

I go to sit down and get stopped by Changbin. "Don't forget your food, come on lets go." he says getting up and walking to the line. I sit there confused for a second before following him. "So how has your day been Bin?" I ask trying to start conversation. He hesitates for a moment before replying. "It's been good, also Y/n can we hang out later?" he asks nervously. I look at him and smile a genuine smile. "Just me and you? Of course we can hang." I say. I see him smile and he looks away before replying. "Okay cool then can we hang out after lunch." he says grabbing a tray for me.

I link my arm with his larger one and we head back to the table. "Absolutely." I say smiling at him. His eyes widen for a moment before he clears his throat and we sit down. After we finish our lunch, everyone goes to do their own thing for a while. I go drop off my tray and turn around to see Changbin waiting for me. "Did you wait for wittle ole me?" I ask teasing him. He then looks down at me and laughs nodding his head. "Actually yes I did wait for little ole you." he says leaning down and patting my head.

I blush a little before clearing my throat. "Um so where should we hang out?" I ask looking away from him. Changbin then thinks for a second before answering with a smile. "Let's go to the rooftop." he says. I nod my head but then pause and cross my arms. "You aren't trying to push me off are you?" I say raising my eyebrow. He looks at me shocked before laughing and holding his stomach. "Nope plus I'd get Hyunjin to do it for me." he says walking off. I dramatically gasp and start following him to the rooftop.

"Of course you'd get the beanstalk to do your dirty work." I say shaking my head. Changbin then stops and looks at me with an amused look on his face. "I'm definitely telling him you said that." he says chuckling. As he walks away I grab his arm and look at him with pleading eyes. "You can't tell on me Changbin please?" I fake plea. I see a blush start to form on his face and he looks away from me. "Yeah no of course I won't tell him." he stutters out. I smirk and let go of his arm walking ahead of him.

"Works every time." I say loud enough for him to hear. I hear him chuckle behind me and we continue walking to the rooftop. We get up to the rooftop to see cherry blossoms blowing in the wind. I stare at the sky in awe with a smile on my face as we walk toward the ledge.

Changbin's Pov

I watch as Y/n stares at the sky with a fond smile on her face and can't help but smile. As we get to the ledge Y/n takes a deep breath in and one out with a calm look on her face. "We haven't even debuted yet and I'm already tired." she says with a smile still on her face. I just stand there and watch her talk unaware of what to say. "I wouldn't have it any other way though, I'm living my dream." she says turning to me with a bright smile. I smile back at her and nod my head looking back at the sky.

"I agree I love rapping and making music, and the members are like another home." I say smiling thinking about my team. Y/n chuckles and I look at her to see her looking at the sky as well. "Now that I'm down here with Minho oppa again all he talks about is you guys." she says smiling now looking at me. I stand there staring at her admiring her face in the sunlight. "You're like the sky." I say looking at her. She laughs a little and tilts her head still looking at me. "What does that mean?" she asks confused.

I think for a minute before answering being sure of my reply. "You're refreshing.... and silently beautiful." I say nervously. Her smile gets brighter and she looks back over the ledge. "And you're like rain, you're cool but you have a story to tell." she says looking at me sweetly. Intrigued I put my elbow on the ledge and rest my head on my hand. "Why is that?" I ask her. She hums before fully turning towards me catching me off guard. "Well rain always means something else for everyone." she says.

Still intrigued I nod my head for her to continue talking. "You could be enjoying then rain while someone else is crying to it. Basically what I'm trying to say is... I feel like there's more to you than what you show." she says softly. My eyes widen as the wind blows cherry blossoms in our direction. Y/n then looks around for something before putting a hand to her chest like she calming down. "For a second there I thought I was in a K-Drama." she says wiping 'sweat' from her head.

I smile and laugh at her joke in awe of the girl in front of me. "You are something else." I say still laughing. She chuckles herself rolling her eyes at me. "What you never know what Jyp is up to." she says looking around again. I laugh even harder at her knowing she's right, the man is weird. "What would the drama be called?" I ask her with a smile. She thinks for a second before turning back to me. "Where the rain and the sky meet." she says happily. I nod my head liking the sound of it. I then look around joking before whispering in her ear.

"We should probably keep this a secret and not give the crazy man ideas." I say winking at her. She now laughs holding her stomach nodding her head. "Is it bad that I want to tell him just to see your face?" she asks still laughing. I nod my head and look at her with a fake serious look on my face. "Yes yes it is." I say to her. A mischievous smile appears on her face and she backs up. "I think I'm going to tell him." she says quickly running to the door. I manage to catch her before she reaches the door.

Y/n's Pov

Changbin grabs my hand pulling me into his chest, he then leans down and gets dangerously close to my lips. "Can we keep this a secret between us?" he asks in a husky voice. Shocked my words stick in my throat and I just nod my head. I see him look down at my lips before backing up and smirking. "Hm so that's all I need to do to make you listen?" he asks crossing his arms. Feeling my face get hot I look away and move to the side. "Oh shut up I made you blush first." I say recrossing my arms.

"Is that a challenge?" he ask me with a smirk on his face again. I turn back to him and smirk back at him. "If you're willing to take it." I say with a cocky tone. He laughs a little and holds his hand out for a handshake. I take his hand and pull him to my face getting close to his lips. I see his face get red and I smirk before kissing his forehead. "Y/n one Changbin zero." I say letting go of his hand. He laughs before shaking his head and looking back up at me.

"This is going to be fun."
