Y/n Pov

After hanging out with Changbin I meet back up with the girls in the practice room. "Unnie I missed you!" Da-yeon exclaims attaching herself to me in a hug. I chuckle and hug her back walking farther into the room. Sage laughs as she sees me getting bombarded by Da-yeon. "Someone already has their favorite member." Sage says chuckling. "The way you're hugging her I'd think she was already famous." Ji-a says laughing. Da-yeon lets me go and laughs herself.

"I can't help it I admire her." she says dramatically making a heart with her arms. I laughs and wipe a tear from my eye. "Thank you Yeonnie I've always wanted a little sister." I say smiling at her. She then fake wipes a tear and dramatically thanks me. We all laugh and talk for a little before getting back to practice. During one of our breaks Ji-a asks a really good question. "So when do you guys think we'll get the choreography?" she asks putting her paper down.

I scratch my chin and think for a second. "Uhh maybe after we record the song?" Sage says shrugging. Da-yeon nods her head still a bit unsure. "Maybe.. that sounds right." she says. I then shake my head and agree. "I honestly can't wait to record." I say picking my paper back up. Sage chuckles and shakes her head. "You never fail to amaze me." she says sarcastically. I smile and roll my eyes before we go back to practice. After what seems like 10 minutes I look at the clock.

I gasp when I see the time and jump up. "It's late we have to record tomorrow!" I say louder than intended. The girls all look at the clock and their eyes widen. "Holy- yeah we should sleep." Sage says grabbing her things. "Is it really that late?" Da-yeon asks still surprised. "Is that what the clock says." Ji-a says sarcastically. They both playfully glare at each before breaking out into small laughter. After grabbing our things we head to the elevator to go downstairs. While in the elevator an important realization hits me.

"Oh my god manager-nim!" I say feeling terrible. The girls all gasp and cringe a little feeling bad as well. "Do you think that she's still here?" Ji-a ask. Sage shakes her head 'no' still feeling bad. "I wouldn't we accidentally stayed after hours." she points out. Da-yeon nods her head quietly agreeing. The elevator makes it to the parking garage and I see Bo-young unnie leaning against the car, trying to stay awake. My heart feels bad seeing how tired she is. I hush the girls a bit as to not scare her and quietly walk towards her.

Once we reach her I softly tap her shoulder and she jolts up. "Ah I'm not sleeping!" she yells. The girls and I chuckle and I pat her back. "We're so sorry Unnie." I say apologetically. She waves it off with her hands and puts a giant smile on her face. "I enjoy helping you girls and I can't wait till you all become big!" she says grabbing my hands. Sage pushes me out of the way to hug Bo-young. "Unnie is my favorite." Sage says squeezing her. We all chuckle again and get into the car. I sit next to Unnie and the rest of the girls sit in the back.

Immediately the other girls fall right to sleep. "Hey Unnie?" I say not looking at her. She hums in response telling me to continue. "Do you think we can do this?" I ask still looking out the window. She grabs my hand gently and I look towards her. With her eyes on the road, Bo-young Unnie said something I'll never forget. "You're going to be an amazing leader Y/n, don't doubt yourself." she says sincerely. A small smile graces my face before I look away again. "Thanks Unnie." I say back. She squeezes my hand one last time before putting it back on the wheel.

~Time skip~

The next day the girls and I get to the company and immediately start recording our song. After we finish recording to our liking we head back to the practice room. "I'm SOOO excited to dance!" I say barely containing my excitement. "Me tooo!!" Sage says not even containing hers. Da-yeom and Ji-a look at us in awe. "You guys have to be the cutest Unnies ever." Ji- a says while Da-yeon laughs. I stick my tongue out at them and we reach our room. Opening the door we see..... STRAYKIDS?! "U-Um why are you guys here?" Da-yeon asks first. Chan steps foward and speaks first.

"So we'll be helping you guys with your choreography!" he says with a smile. My eyes widen and I quickly look at Minho. "Is he helping too?" I ask pointing at my brother. Chan nods his head with a smile, and I immediately drop to my knees. "I'm going to die." I say dazed. Felix quickly rushes over to me with small giggles. He pats my back and helps me stand again. I look to Sage to see her head down, she then puts her hands together and looks at Minho. "Lee please go easy on us." she pleads. He looks at us and crosses his arms.

I sigh in defeat and shake my head. "We're going to die." I say. Da-yeon and Ji- a look at Sage and I with confusion. "What's going on?" Ji- a asks worriedly. "Don't worry you'll find out soon enough." Minho says with a smirk. Chan then clears his throat to get our attention. "So guys and gals let's watch the choreography." he says pulling out an iPad. We then watch the choreography.

After watching the choreography I jump up and walk to the mirror immediately practicing a few moves. "Woah you got that down already?" Seungmin asks impressed. I then stop and turn back around. "She's definitely your sister." Han says laughing and patting Minho. I shyly tilt my head before everyone stands up. "Okay who is center?" Chan asks. Ji-a then raises her hand. "Okay perfect." he says helping her into the starting position. We then all get into our position, and Straykids help us the entire time.

A few hours later JYP walks into the room. "Nice to see everyone working hard." We all see him and bow politely. We then all sit down on the floor and wait for him to talk. "Girls you're comeback will be different than others, I want to try something new with you girls." he says with a smile. We nod eagerly wanting to know. "So your debut EP will have 5 songs that being said they have some touches added." he says with a smirk. "You're first song is the one we are practicing now, Da-yeon you'll have the next song with Seungmin and I.N." he says.

We all look at each other in shock. "But JYP won't everyone think we are using them?" I ask seriously. He shakes his head with a smile. "Absolutely not Straykids will be your backup, you girls are still the stars trust me." he says confidently. I nod my head and he continues on. "Ji-a you will have the next song with Chan and Felix. Sage you'll be with Hyunjin and Lee know. Lastly Y/n you'll be with Changbin and Han." he finishes. Happy with our match up JYP leaves yet again. "Wow even we didn't know this." Chan says happily.

"I finally get to see how you work." Changbin whispers in my ear without anyone noticing. His breath on my neck send a shiver down my spine and I turn to him. "Me either." I say happily with tinted cheeks. Han then walks over and hugs me. "Isn't this awesome we get to work together actually." he says still hugging me. I laugh and hug him back rocking us side to side. "Of course it's awesome we'll make the best song!" I say pulling Changbin into the hug.

Changbin's Pov

Y/n pulls me into the hug with her and Han and I blush hard. She sees my face and smirks holding up a small 2 with her fingers. I chuckle at her and we release the hug. Han being who he is starts dancing like a little kid. Y/n and I laugh at him before we all walk out of the practice room. We head to the cafeteria and I sit next to Y/n. I grab her hand under the table and lean towards her ear. "Miss me?" I ask in a whisper. I see her cheeks turn red and she clears her throat. I let her hand go with a smirk and hold up a small 1.

She widens her eyes and smiles before rolling her eyes.

"I can't wait for this song."
