Breakdown

Adam had lost track of time and was having an autistic meltdown in the bathroom. He had gotten back from work and had a lot of pent-up stress and pressure. He doesn't know how long it's been since he got home; he just knows that he's spiraling. as he sat on the tile floor of the bathroom he was rocking a bit while holding back sobs. He didn't know if Nigel was home or not. It was all blurry.

Nigel enters the bathroom, he looks to see Adam. He sees that he is stressed out and having a breakdown. He approaches Adam and hugs him. "Hey, buddy it's okay. I understand. I know what you are going through. It's okay. I am here. I am not going anywhere." Nigel says as he continues to hug him to comfort him.

Adam wraps his arms around Nigel in desperation for some kind of comfort. He started to cry into Nigel's shoulder. He was just glad his boyfriend was there for him. Adam was hugging Nigel pretty tight since he was so scared.

Nigel lets Adam continue crying onto his shoulder and hugs Adam tightly. "Hey now buddy look at me, you are okay. It's alright. Deep breaths. Everything is going to be ok. Let it all out. Let yourself feel better. You are with me, I am here for you. Whatever you need to get out or need to say, let it out. It's going to be okay." Nigel says while continuing to hold Adam and continuing to comfort him

After a while of crying, he let go of Nigel and wiped away his tears. He took a few deep breaths and grabbed one of Nigel's hands while he did so. Adam had calmed down now with the help of Nigel. Adam mumbles out in a soft, weak voice after all of that crying. "Thank you.."

Nigel smiles. "I am here for you in your tough times Adam. Don't worry. You are allowed to cry. Don't let anyone tell you differently. That just means that you have emotions like every human being has." He says smiling. "I am always here for you to cry on my shoulders. It's okay Adam. I love you."

Adam looks up at him and a small smile appears on his face. He couldn't quite make eye contact but he tried his best for Nigel. "I-I love you too," Adam mutters.

Nigel notices Adam's smile. He looks into his eyes and gives him a small kiss on the cheek, a friendly gesture to tell him that he loves him. "Do you need anything from me? Perhaps a blanket or a hot chocolate. Or do you just need a bit of alone time with me being here for you?" Nigel says as he sits down next to Adam and continues to hold Adam's hand. While giving him a reassuring smile

"I'd like to cuddle if that's okay with you. You don't have to, it's just what I'd like.." Adam trails off as he looks away but then back at him. He started to fidget with Nigel's hand a bit nervous.

Nigel smiles and nods his head. He says "Sure no problem. Come on." He then picks up Adam and holds him in his arms like a baby. He holds Adam to his chest as he makes his way to his bed. He lays down comfortably in his bed and continues to hug and cuddle with Adam. He wraps a warm blanket around him and himself to keep Adam warm. He puts a movie on to make Adam more comfortable so he can forget about his stresses for a moment "There you go, darling. I hope you enjoy your time with me. I love you, Adam."
