Chapter two "Present Day"

I was currently walking home from school with my best friend, Kris. She was skipping around me pretending to be the moon while I was the earth. She was very childish at times but she is very.. Interesting.

We have been best friends since fifth grade. We were inseparable, like brother and sister.

She was singing the dango song while skipping around me and laughing.

"Hey Kat! Can we play hide and seek?"

Kris has always called me Kat since she saw me loving on every cat we see. Plus, my name is Katlynn. A girls name but it doesn't matter to me.

I laughed "Kris you and I are the only ones playing that doesn't seem right."

She stopped skipping around me, her pink dreadlocks swing around her face. She pouts. Oh no.

"Please Kitty Kat!!" I sighed "Fine."

She jumped in victory, her big breasts bouncing with her as I gagged and told her to stop when I saw boys walking by, literally drooling at her.

I got to say she is innocent, too innocent. She forgets that she has super large breasts and God.. I just want to throw all the men ,looking at her pervertedly, on their ass and yell at them to leave her alone.

I sighed. "Kris do you want to be it?" "sure!" She yelled almost too excitedly in my opinion. Man, she is too innocent.

When she started to count I walked over to a bush and took one of my shoes off, made it look like she would think I was there, and kept walking.. I could hear her counting start to fade away. When I got far enough I climbed a tree and sat on a branch, legs swinging.

I could see her pink dreadlocks bouncing up and down as she walked.

I see her ran to the bush where my shoe is and screamed "Kat! That's not fair!! You cheated!" I only laughed. She was so adorable, like a kitten. I watched as she kept looking around, chewing on her bracelet in the process.
A habit she had ever since I knew her.

I felt the limb under me begin to shake.

What the hell?!

Out of no where I heard a scream.

"Kat help me!"

I jumped out of the tree and ran as fast as I could, hearing another scream, I ran even faster. Out of no where I felt a big force on the left side of my face as I fell to the floor.

What the hell!?

I groaned in pain as I sat up and looked at the person in front of me. A man I recognized, the man I met at the playground.

He looks the same, like he didn't age at all. But how!?

My eyes grew wide as I saw who was wrapped in his arms with a knife to her throat , Kris.
