We drove for about an hour before Weaver's car slowed to a stop. He jumped out of the car and walked over to Hal and me.

"Hal I want you to go straight through the intersection that's about half a click away and Hayden go right, then I want you to drive for two clicks and make sure we're safe to go," Captain Weaver says and we both nod before taking off down the road. Once at the intersection we give each other a nod and seperate as ordered. I get about a click and a half down the road when I hear a noise over the sound of my bike. To my left it is a gravel road and sitting there is a car with two men in it with the engine roaring. I slow down and turn around then pull up a close as I can to the car. I hop off the bike and go over to the passengers window. The guy looks at me before deciding I won't hurt then and rolls down the window.

"How can I help you miss?" He asks politly and I smile.

"You can't, but in a few hours this place will be crawling with skitters and mechs. So I'd advise you to drive the direction I was coming from and go straight through the intersection and head south for as long as you can," I reply and they bith just stare at me.

"Skitters and mechs barely come out these ways, so why would they start now?" The driver asks suspiciously.

"Because they'll be looking for me and my friend. We're gonna bomb the tower," I reply and smile widely. They both look at me as if I'm crazy. "I'm serious, unless you wanna die you need to follow my advice. But it's up to you."

I step away from the car and jump on my bike again which is still humming. I take off once again until I reach two clicks with no sign of skitters or mechs I ride back to everyone else.

Hal looks impaitent when I finally get back and when he sees me he looks relieved. "Hayden where the hell have you been?" Hal grills me as soon as I'm off the bike.

"Sorry ran in to a couple of guys, but don't worry I'm fine," I say to Hal trying to calm him down just a little bit.

"Okay we'll as long as you're safe, let's go," Hal replies and I nod giving Weaver a thumbs up.

We stop a few more times with different bikers riding a head to check out the road. Each time it comes back safe and each time we move foward. As we get closer I begin to mentally prepare myself for the fight.

Weaver stops just before we go under a small bridge that has a sign saying 'Downtown Boston next 3 exits'. Which means we are almost there and ready to set these bombs off. Hal rides ahead to see if anyone else is here, but from the looks of things it's pretty deserted apart from us.

"If the fourth and fifth had made it to their set points, their runners were supposed to met us here. We're gonna have to assume they've been taken out," Weaver says loud enough for everyone gathered around him to hear. "Meaning we got two choices, retreat or keep going. I know how I feel, but each of you has to make your own descion."

It's quiet for a moment before someone speaks up. "I'm in," A guy says and everyone stays quiet still.

"So am I," Hal calls out and everyone looks over at him.

"Me too," I call out giving Hal a small smile, then everyone starts calling out. Weaver looks at everyone proudly, but it happens so quickly that barely anyone notice it.

"Okay we split up here. Each of the four squads gets four seperate charges. One for each leg of that damn thing," Captain Weaver says his voice getting louder towards the end. "Squad one north leg. Two east, three south leg. I'll stay here and take the west leg. At nineteen hundred hours I'll send Hal and Hayden to recon with the other squads. Everybodies in place wait 'til dark, move in. Position our charges. At exactly twenty-one hundres hours we light those fuses and get the hell out."
