Near the Port of Maihark
BRP Magdalena Leones

Captain Samson Fontanilla stood at the cutter's port side where the ship's crane was pulling up the RHIB filled with naval officers from the ship-of-the-line Pima. Fontanilla and his officers watched as the 4 foreign officers, one of which had cat ears and tail that surprised them, walked towards them.

The man at the center of them, wearing white lapel and a white waistcoat with blue trousers and blue coat, raised his hand and offered a handshake. "Greetings, I'm Rear Admiral Midori of the Qua Toyne Navy. To whom am I speaking to?"

Fontanilla accepts the handshake and responds. "I'm Captain Samson Fontanilla of the Philippine Coast Guard. Welcome to my ship, the BRP Magdalena Leones."

"What a magnificent ship you have here Captain." Midori commented. He then noticed the flag waving over them.

A horizontal bicolor of blue and red with a white equilateral triangle based at the hoist containing three, five-pointed gold stars at its vertices, and an eight-rayed gold sun at its center. He turns to Fontanilla and asks as he pointed over the flag. "Is that your nation's flag?"

Fontanilla looks up and nodded. "That is correct. It is the flag of our fatherland, the Philippines."

"I see..." Midori muttered. He kept on looking as the colorful flag waved over them until he tunrs to Fontanilla again. "Anyways, as I have said a few minutes ago, you are entering sovereign waters of the Principality of Qua Toyne. Do you have any papers for identifications?"

"Of course, follow me." Fontanilla then guides them to a door where they enter the ship's internal decks.

Upon entering, they were met with cramped, yet lit-up, hallway with corridors upon corridors of lights. As if the whole inside of the ship was brightened by light crystals.

Midori and the three other Qua Toynan officers were shocked by the brightness of the hallway. "Amazing, its like the sun was lighting up the corridors."

As they followed Fontanilla through the ship, they were also met with young and groomed sailors wearing uniforms of pixelated white-gray mix. Compared to their crew, who wore anything from their closets, these people have the budget and funding for proper uniforms.

Going deep into the ship's hull, they arrive at the captain's quarters. Fontanilla lets the four inside. "Please, have a seat."

The room was spacious, bright, and classy. Like the ones of the superpowers but a little less on grandious style but more on comfort and formal. Fontanilla then sat on the chair behind the desk. "So, what brings you people in these parts?"

"One of our air patrol units spotted your ship almost entering our waters." Midori firmly said. "As such, we had to investigate."

Then he looks at the Filipino with bit of suspicion. "We still don't know you nor your affiliation, captain."

"I understand." Fontanilla then pulls out papers from his drawers and gave it to Midori. "Here, this contains all available public information about us and our ship"

Midori looks into the papers and was surprised by the information it contained. However, he wasn't able to understand correctly. "I apologize but I can't seem to understand this..."
