STANDING IN THE SIDELINES, ONLY STEPS AWAY FROM THE ACTUAL STAGE. I gripped hard onto the palm of my hand as I was filled with excitement and nervousness. I've been doing this for a while but I always felt nervous with the big crowds of people, or the fear of messing up in front of everyone. If someone were to go off key or I would forget the lines to the song.
I always had hoped and hoped before shows it would never happen as I kept going over the lines and singing each and every song.

"Danny, you ready?" The stage director asked, someone who almost managed everything on stage and had planned the way I would go out.

I nodded as I deeply inhaled, exhaling through my mouth as I was pumping myself. This tour, was the tour I was performing my very first album. I haven't performed my very first album in a while as I mostly performed the newer albums I've released recently. But this tour was a throwback tour, something that my fans have posted and have been begging for.

"Alright, get in your positions!" I heard the director yell out loud as I looked out onto the stage. The lights waiting to be turned on as I heard people cheer and scream, waiting for me to come running out.

"Danny, in a couple seconds you are going to walking out onto the stage, a light following you as the rest of the stage is pitch black, ready?" The director asked me as he was in front of me.

I nodded once again, looking at him then back at the stage. "Alright,"

I saw in the corner of my eye him holding a thumbs up.

"Five,"

"Four,"

"Three,"

I heard him count down, feeling as though everything was going in slow motion for me. I kept breathing in and out as I tried to calm myself down, the adrenaline consuming me as I took a step closer onto the stage.

"Two,"

Right then, it had felt like my world has paused and was waiting to resume. The crazy fans and crowd cheering and hollering, them making noises as the stage sounds and lights were turning on.
