THE bell rung, making kids immediately grab their things and rush out of the classroom. Some packing up their notebooks and pencils, stuffing their bags with their items they used previously in class. Dan grabbed her schedule and backpack, waiting for her brother to grab his things also. While she waited for almost eternity she looked around the classroom, girls whispering to their friends while looking at her and her brother. Danny got uncomfortable, not liking the new attention they got.

As she was waiting for her brother she felt a tight tug on her arm, seeing Bill on the other end. She gave him a confused look until he pulled her out of the classroom, Tom slowly following behind.

"So, where you from?" Bill asked her, with a thick German accent that was heard when he spoke.

"Florida, wasn't born and raised though," She told him, "Where were you born then?"

"Massachusetts,"

Dan turned around, seeing Tom and her brother talking to each other. She watched as they got along, making Dan smile. Dakota wasn't such a social person which it makes it harder for him to make friends unlike his sister. Of course he couldn't understand a whole lot of German like his sister, he still tried his best to listen and respect the language people spoke here.

Dan turned around, going into an instant halt in front of two other boys. One having long brown hair that laid just below his chin. One having short blond hair. They both shared the same style that Bill and Tom had, which making Dan think that they were friends.

"These are the new students from first, be nice to them, would ya?" Bill told the two boys in German, which they both nodded in return.

The one with long brown hair took out his hand, indicating a hand shake, " Georg," He told her his name.

Dan looked down at his hand, her putting up her hand for them to have a hand shake.

"Dan," She told him.

The other one with short blond hair also took out his hand, Dan knowing what to do, "Gustav,"

"Dan," She smiled as she looked at the two.

"If you already didn't know, we are a friend group," Said Bill as Tom and them all stood next to each other.

Dan stood by her brother, examining the kids as thoughts flooded her head. Of course what she thought was them being a boy band. Coincidence , right?

Bill walked up to her, wanting to tell her something until they were interrupted by the bell ringing, "Ready for next class?"

His broken English made it well aware that wasn't his first language.

"I guess?" She looked around as kids flooded the halls, kids rushing past her as they tried rushing to their next class.

The group walked through the halls, walking in their own direction to their own classes they had. Bill walked beside Dan, showing her what classes are what and where she shouldn't go. Which, helped her a lot.
Dan watched as unfamiliar faces walked past her, her making eye contact with some of them. She didn't mind the new school and the new layout she had to figure out, she was just thankful that she had someone to help out.
