(Y/N) stared at the multi-coloured butterfly that sat upon a large bright green leaf. They had already gotten about a dozen pictures of the butterfly and were now content just observing it in all its glory. They were a bit lost in thought though, no longer just thinking about the butterfly.

They had never seen such bright flora and fauna as that in Home. It was perplexing and made them wonder what other places in the world were as colourful, if there even were any. It made them wonder; when they get back to travelling, will the world bore them? Will it be too dull after experiencing the lovely life lived here in Home and its cast of colourful neighbours? Or will it reinvigorate their love for exploring, motivating them to find another corner of the world like Home? Whatever happens, (Y/N) knows that they'll follow their heart.

They were brought out of their thoughts as the butterfly took off and flew around behind (Y/N). Their eyes followed it until it started to fly around a figure standing behind (Y/N).

"Ah-! Oh, Wally, you scared me!" (Y/N) laughed, covering their heart with their hand. The butterfly flew around Wally a few times. Wally chuckled, his eyes following the butterfly until it flew away, leaving only him and (Y/N).

"Sorry about that neighbour, I didn't mean to scare you," Wally said apologetically, offering his hand to help pull (Y/N) up. They gratefully took his hand and he helped them to their feet.

"No worries Wally, you just walk really quietly is all," (Y/N) smiled at Wally.

"Well, sorry again," He chuckled. "Anyways, what are you doing today?" Wally asked, looking at the plants (Y/N) had seemed so focused on.

"Oh, just admiring the nature here. The butterfly that was here was like a paid model, I got so many pictures," (Y/N) giggled.

"Really? You should show those pictures to Frank later, I'm sure he'd appreciate them," Wally suggested.

"Good idea! I'll put a pin in it for later," (Y/N)'s smile widened.

"Other than admiring nature, do you have any other plans today (Y/N)?" Wally asked.

(Y/N) thought for a moment and shook their head. "No, I don't think I do,"

"Would you like to go into town with me then? I need to get some laundry done but I was thinking we could stop by the roller rink while I wait for my clothing," Wally's smile grew just thinking about hanging out with (Y/N).

"I would love to Wally! Only problem is," (Y/N) paused, looking away from Wally. "I don't exactly know how to skate..." (Y/N) admitted shyly, a subtle embarrassed blush falling on their cheeks.

"That's no problem (Y/N), I'd love to help show you how to skate," Wally offered, an innocent smile shining at (Y/N).

(Y/N) felt their heart flutter a little but they brushed it aside. "That's very kind of you Wally. If you wouldn't mind teaching me I'd love to go with you,"

"It's settled then," Wally looked up at the sky, seeing the sun approaching the centre of the sky, telling him it was almost noon already, "We should get going pretty soon then, as it takes about 40 minutes to even walk into town," Wally looked back down at (Y/N).
