Here is some info on this story:

This story takes place in 1974, the last year that Welcome Home was airing. This story is meant to be the final season of Welcome Home with Playfellow Workshop wanting to try something new, bringing in a second star of the show, you! Chapters are episodes of the show, meant to be an innocent and fun story with life lessons sprinkled in. I will only be pulling my information about the show and its characters right from the website, and since there isn't too much, a lot of this will also be my own headcanons. This story is meant to be a fluffy and happy love story between Wally and (Y/N), so there isn't going to be a lot of obsession or crazy shenanigans (at least not yet). I am always open to suggestions and ideas for this fic, however, do keep in mind that I have a notes page that has ideas for most of the episodes. Speaking of episodes, this season will only last 24 episodes, each episode usually ending at the end of the day. What can (Y/N) and Wally get up to in such little time? (This story will be a slow-burn love story, so if you're looking for immediate couple stories here, you'll have to wait some time. There will be romantic moments before the confession, however.)

Here is some information about (Y/N):

(Y/N) is a puppet who in the show is a travelling photographer. (Y/N) teaches mainly lessons of self-love and self-worth using their camera to capture the best side of every situation! For writing the story, I will use they/them pronouns for (Y/N), but you're welcome to read this story with whatever pronouns you'd like! (Y/N) is meant to be a stand-in for anyone, regardless of differing attributes. (Y/N) is 3ft tall and is almost the exact same height as Wally. (For anyone curious, Clown has answered on their blog a question about the heights of characters. Wally, Sally, and Julie are 3ft tall, Eddie and Frank are 4ft tall, and  Howdy, Poppy, and Barnaby are ~7-8ft tall). (Y/N), being a travelling photographer was only supposed to be in the show for one season. 

Requests information: 

I am open to requests for this fic, if you have something you want to happen in an episode that I don't already have planned, then please by all means don't be shy and share your ideas! Please note though, that this fic is meant to be fluffy and fun and warm if that makes sense. If there is enough interest for it, I can write a Yandere/obsessed Wally x reader, however, that will be a different story/in a oneshots book. Also, please do not recommend anything that is specific to one gender or another. I might start a oneshots book if enough people want to see it where you can request all your gender-specific requests and crazed Wally all you want, but for the purposes of this story, (Y/N) is gender-neutral. Feel free to comment on suggestions or message me directly! Also, let me know if you want to be mentioned as giving credit for the suggestion. 

And finally, abbreviations and their meaning: 

(Y/N) - Your name

(L/N) - Last name

(F/C) - Favourite colour

(F/F) - Favourite food

(F/O) - Favourite outfit

(FML/O) - Formal outfit
