Hello everyone,
This is just a fun chapter from a different perspective. It is much much longer than I expected it to be.

Allow me to introduce myself - my name is Kim Bandalgom, I was born on May 15th, 2015, and while I can't remember much about my doggie mom and dad or any of my siblings, but I'll never forget the day I met my human family.
Back in those days, I used to live in a playpen at the local pet store, surrounded by a bunch of other puppies who quickly became my friends. Our little home was full of bright toys and fluffy blankets, all meant to attract the eyes of potential adopters wandering into the store. The employees were pretty good at looking after us - they made sure we had plenty of food and water, and our space was always clean.
The pet store was always busy with people coming and going – checking out all sorts of pets like fish, birds, hamsters and, of course, us pups. Every now and then, one of my friends would find their forever home and leave with their new family. Sure, I missed them, but I wasn't too worried about finding a home for myself – the pet store was good enough for me back then.
Unlike my fellow puppies, I didn't really feel the urge to move around or try to grab attention when I saw people coming to adopt. I'd rather just chill and wait patiently while they made their decision, usually picking someone else.
One day, as a group of people came by the playpen, I picked my usual spot and planned to ignore all the hustle and bustle. But just as I was ready to doze off, I heard excited barks that caught my interest. Peeking up, I saw the one pup who always went all out with excitement every time someone visited.
As he jumped and danced around, his enthusiasm reached its peak, but then it backfired. He got so carried away that he slipped on our playpen's floor and went sliding straight into the wall. The crash was loud and made our toys fly everywhere. The surprised onlookers couldn't help but gasp, some even laughing at the spectacle before them. The other puppies either gazed in amazement or seized the chance to grab some extra attention. Strangely enough, I found the chaotic scene more entertaining than bothersome.
With a twinkle of amusement in my eyes, I couldn't help but let out a little smirk at the mishap that had just unfolded before me. I guess sometimes, trying too hard can lead to embarrassment or even the risk of getting hurt. Glancing at my surroundings, I noticed the worried handlers rushing to attend to the slightly ruffled yet still enthusiastic pup. That was enough excitement for me today, I thought closing my eyes.
Lying down comfortably among my friends in the playpen, I heard the distant sound of our caretaker approaching. Untroubled and content, I didn't bother opening my eyes, thinking they'd probably pick up one of the other puppies. Suddenly, I found myself gently lifted from the cozy warmth of my playpen and held high above the ground. At first, I was shocked, but soon the most delightful scent I'd ever smelled filled my nostrils. Curiosity took over, and I opened my eyes to see her - the embodiment of warmth and comfort. Her soft hands held me so tenderly, it felt like time itself had slowed down.
Running her fingers through my fur, she caressed me just so, rubbing my back and head exactly how I had always loved it. The feeling was indescribable—pure joy washed over me. Her voice was soothing as she spoke to me, filling me with a sense of safety and belonging that reached deep within. That was the first time I found myself in the loving arms of my Eomma: Kim Jisoo.
