Prompt: Basically a short part 2 of "Teddy Bear".
Parent AU
No one's POV
Dream was downstairs making breakfast for him and George. He let him sleep in a bit late because he felt like George needed his sleep from days of crying.
When he woke up first earlier, he saw George sleeping with dried up tears, resting his head on the headboard with the bear in his arms.
Dream wanted to atleast make a bit of George's day by making him his favorite food.
20 minutes had passed when he was ready to bring the plate of food and water upstairs.
When he knocked on the door, he got no response, assuming that George is still asleep, and he was correct when he entered their shared bedroom.
Dream placed everything he brought on the bedside table and slowly shook George.
George slowly opened his eyes to see Dream.
"goodmorning" dream smiled
But George groaned and looked the other way. Keeping the bear close to his chest.
"go awayy"
"I made you breakfast" Dream took the plate from the bedside table and placed it on his lap.
"noooo"
"why?"
"we're sleeping, dream" George let out a yawn and continued to sleep
Dream let out a sad smile, knowing who "we" was.
"okay, I'll let you both sleep"
Dream brought back the food of plate downstairs and covered it with a food cover before returning back upstairs to cuddle with his husband.
Dream made sure not to squish the bear when he pulled George over him with his arms.
