The Dreadful Truth

Danielle was still laying comfortable on Stefania chest knowing that her friends wanted to know what happened but she couldn't bring herself to speak up. Thinking about it made her cry to where she had to excuse herself from the room. Danielle's mom was going to get up but Stefania stopped her cause she knew that Danielle need time alone. She knew that everyone eventually was going to overwhelm her. Moments later Stefania got a text from Danielle telling her to come to the bedroom. Stefania swiftly got off of the couch and went to the bedroom to see what Danielle needed. Stefania was completely was shocked when she went into Danielle's room she expected her to be in a mood but not to a point that she was damaging things. What surprised her even more was that no one was able to hear her damaging everything.

Danielle was getting worse and Stefania didn't know what to do so she did the best thing that she could think of, was to bring Danielle in a tight hold until she calmed down. Stefania felt Danielle's body stop shaking and knew that she was okay at the moment. She was just scared to do anything not knowing what made Danielle freak out the way that she did. Danielle was able to read her mind and told her that she knows everyone wants to know what is going on. Danielle told her she would be out in a minute she was just gonna wash her face. Stefania walked out of Danielle's bedroom and walked straight to the couch and sat next to Danielle's mom and cuddled up to her until Danielle came back out. Danielle walked out moments later and sat next to Stefania who was cuddled up to her mom and smiled knowing that Stefania saw her mom as a mother figure since hers is no longer around.

Danielle at that moment knew that all she wanted in life was sitting right in her living room with her and she knew that they weren't gonna judge her at all. 

Danielle turned her television off to get everyone's attention. She wanted everyone looking at her when she said everything that she needed to say. No one knew the full story, not even  her mom and sister they just knew about what happened in her twenties. Danielle said, " I am just gonna get this over with and just say it. That man, yes he was my  father we had an amazing relationship up until I started showing that I liked women, that was around the age of around 16 or 17. He completely disowned me and said that no child of his was going to be gay, he told me that I was a completely disgrace to his family name. He only found out because I had this "friend" we basically did everything together there were times that I would sneak out to see her because we couldn't hold hand or kiss in public because everyone knew who I was since I was acting ever since I was a little girl. There was one day that I asked if she could sleep over for the weekend and both my parents at the time said that it was okay so when I saw her I told her that she could. Mom had to work late that night and Stephanie was out with her friends. We were cuddled up on the couch watching a scary movie together when she got scared and hid her face into my neck, I started teasing her about being scared of the movie and pulled her into my lap and kissed her it got heated to the point that we didn't hear the front door opening and my dad walked into the living room and started yelling at the both of us but I wasn't going to let him yell her so I started yelling back and said that it was my fault and that I started it. He was so ashamed of me that he just sent me upstairs and no longer talked to me. It got worse when I was in my twenties I went on a date with this girl and she so happened to be a youtuber so she asked if it was okay before hand if she could film our first date and I said that it was no problem. I just didn't think that people would find it since she wasn't big at the time. A few people who knew me saw me in the video kissing her and they sent it to my family, I eventually got the video taken down but the damage was already done."

At this point everyone had tears in their eyes cause this was the first time they were seeing Danielle completely vulnerable. Danielle usually doesn't get this deep into her past around anyone her mom and sister were crying even harder because they didn't even know about the time from when she was a teenager. She just thought that Danielle was being a teenager and not engaging with the family but now knowing everything she so wanted to let her father hear it and Danielle can see that in her sisters eyes so she asked her to cuddle with her. Stephanie being who she is can't tell her baby sister no. Danielle told her that she was fine and that it's in the past no need to yell at him, which caused Stephanie to say yeah cause your girlfriend already did so twice. Danielle looks around her living room smiling seeing that no one looked at her differently they said nothing about what happened earlier today which was good for her since she wasn't ready to relive today she wanted to stay in that moment. She was pulled out of her thoughts with a kiss on her forehead. She looked to her left to see the woman she wanted to be her everything but she had to ask her to be her girlfriend first.
