Marcia woke up the next day to a pair of Two-Bit's friend's shaking her and Two-Bit. Laughing at them. She recognized them both, Sodapop Curtis and Steve Randle. They were obnoxiously loud, Two-Bit was trying to shush them though. "Shut the hell up, you monkeys! Marcia is-" Steve interrupted him, "sleepin'? Not anymore, Bud!"
Two-Bit looked up at Marcia, his cheeks flushed and an embarrassed look on his face. "I'm sorry, Marcia. I didn't know they were gonna come in and be fucktards." Two-But glared at the two, swatting their hands away. "You and soccy had fun last night, huh?" Sodapop said, poking at Marcia's neck and Two-Bit's face. Marcia was covered in hickeys and Two-Bit never washed off Marcia's lipstick. Marcia's head shot to make eye contact with Two-Bit, he nervously glanced at her and then back at his friends.
"Guys, we didn't do nothin' like-" "So that's why youre in between her legs and short skirt, aye?" Steve said laughing, looked over at Soda and pushing him friendly. Marcia put her hands over her face and sighed. "Cut it out. We didn't do nothin' and you two are obviously just so desperate for pussy yourselves to be doin' this." Two-Bit said in an annoyed tone, almost sounding like Darry. Sodapop and Steve looked at each other, puzzled. They didn't think Two-Bit would ever say something like that. It really threw them for a loop.
"Two-Bit, it's fine. They're just jokin' around." Marcia spoke up, and Two-Bit looked at Marcia. "They ain't making you uncomfortable?" He asked. "Not really, just embarrassed I suppose. Either way I bet we could make them more uncomfortable if we really wanted to." Two-Bit smiled and looked over at Steve and Soda again, the two dopes still looked puzzled. Two-bit flipped over and sat up, putting his hands on Marcia's thighs and moving up to kiss her.
He started with her neck and slowly worked his way to her lips. Soda and Steve stared in disgust, it wasn't very noticeable on Soda but it was more than noticeable on Steve. Marcia held in laughter, her lipstick was already smudged and his kisses just smudged the faded lipstick more. Steve and Soda walked out awkwardly, Steve dramatically gagging. "I hope you get herpes!" He yelled on his way out. Marcia and Two-Bit just laughed.
Marcia looked at Two-Bit with a soft smile, wrapping her arms around him. "What day is it, today?" Two-Bit cocked an eyebrow and looked at the calendar on the wall, "it's uhhh..." He squinted a little and then looked back at Marcia quickly. "Monday." Marcia's eyes got wide and she shoved Two-BIt off of her. "Monday?!" She got up and started rushing, tripping over things. Two-Bit's mom was home now, and she looked at Marcia, puzzled. She looked just like him, she even cocked her eyebrow like him. "Good morning?" She said in a careful voice. Two-Bit ran out and helped her make her way through. "Mornin' mom! This is Marcia. Marcia, this is my ma." He smiled at her and Marcia looked at Two-Bit and then his mom, smiling awkwardly. "Good morning, Mrs. Mathews." She sighed and smiled, walking over and shaking Marcia's hand. "You're dressed up real nice, what side of town are you from?" "West side. Why?" Marcia asked. "Just, some other girls that have followed Two-Bit home have been a lot less cleaned up." She teased, and Two-Bit blushed. "Marcia didn't follow me! In fact I invited her." He said with pride. Marcia nodded quickly and grabbed Two-Bit's hand. "Nice talk Mrs. Mathews but we gotta get to school, see ya!!" Marcia said smiling, rushing out of the door with Two-Bit.
Two-Bit started his car and and looked over at Marcia. "Do I look nice?" He was still covered in lipstick and a few hickeys from last night. He didn't even do his hair. Marcia giggled and nodded, she was fixing up her hair and makeup herself. She had a bunch of 'essentials' in her purse. Two-Bit began driving and put his hand on Marcia's thigh, squeezing it gently. Marcia put her hand on top of Two-Bit's and laid her head back. "Glory, I'm so tired." She said under her breath. "If you want, we can skip together and do somethin' else?" He asked quietly, Marcia shrugged. "Whatever you wanna do I suppose. I'll call and say I'm sick." She closed her eyes and got comfy, until Two-Bit took a sharp turn and almost scared. He has just pulled up to the school. He didn't wanna make Marcia skip, she was too good for that. Marcia got out and ran. Two-Bit did the opposite.
Marcia got a pass from the office and rushed into class, sitting in her desk. She was paying attention for the most part, well, until Cherry leaned over and poked her. "You and Randy get carried away or somethin'?" She teased. Fuck, Marcia forgot to cover up her neck. Marcia just awkwardly nodded. Randy was drunk enough last night, so she was sure she could convince him that it was him that gave her them. Cherry giggled and poked some more fun at her. "I see you come to school with small ones a lot, and they're normally just on your neck and jawline but gee, Marcia. I didn't think you guys would ever go that far." Marcia turned around and pushed Cherry gently. "Shush! He just got carried away."
Cherry laughed and sat back in her seat, not to long later the bell rang and Marcia got up right away. She had a little note in her hand for Two-Bit, she sorta knew what he was gonna do and how she'd have to play it out.
Two-Bit walked up to her and slid his hands on her waist, smiling at her. "Heyy, Baby." She shoved the note into Two-Bit leather jacket pocket. "Get off of me you filthy greaser!" Marcia shoved her way through Two-Bit, they made eye contact for a second and she winked at him quickly, then made her way over to Randy. Randy pulled her into a kiss and then stopped, he looked at her neck. "Who gave you those?" He asked, staring at them. Marcia was pretty calm about the situation. She knew how to lie to Randy, she lies about being busy to him all the time, and he doesn't suspect a thing. "You don't remember? I came over the other night and you gave them to me. I left real late 'cause you passed out after a while." Randy frowned a little bit. "I didn't know I was that drunk. I'm sorry, Mar." Randy pulled Marcia close and kissed her head.
Randy was almost freakishly tall, so when he hugged her she peeked around him, and seen Two-Bit staring at them sadly. God she felt bad. Marcia let go of Randy and pulled him down and placed a quick, gentle peck on his lips. "You should get to class. I have to go to the bathroom." Marcia said quickly, and rushed off to the bathroom. She passed Two-Bit, who looked over at Randy. Randy was already off to class so he followed Marcia.
Marcia walked into the locker rooms and Two-Bit followed. "The hell was that?" He asked, almost angrily. She frowned at him and hugged him. "I'm sorry. I just-" She sighed. "I don't want you gettin' jumped or nothin' because of me now." Marcia said softly, Two-Bit smiled a little. He wondered if Marcia actually cared about him or if she's just playin' him. "Thanks, Marcia." Two-Bit said, pulling her into another kiss.
They started to kiss each other almost hungrily again, right before they heard the locker room doors open. "Marcia?"
