Sebastian sat against the mossy rock, his back supported by the cave's natural formation. I nestled my head against his lap. The soft light of a luminescent plant cast a warm glow, illuminating the pages of the worn book he held in his hands.

His fingers, tracing delicate patterns through my hair, created a soothing rhythm. The sound of his voice, a deep baritone, filled the air as he began to read. The words of the timeless tale flowed from his lips, weaving a tapestry of enchantment and wonder.

"Once upon a time, in a faraway land, there was a young woman named Belle," he began, his voice captivating and melodic. "She was kind-hearted, with a love for books and a thirst for adventure."

I closed my eyes, allowing the story to envelop me. Sebastian's voice painted vivid images in my mind, transporting me to a world where magic and love intertwined. His reading was filled with emotion, each word carrying a depth that resonated within my soul.

As he continued, his voice rose and fell with the ebb and flow of the story. His fingers, gentle and tender, continued their soothing motion through my hair, creating a sense of comfort and security. The combination of his voice and touch formed a symphony of tranquility that washed away the weariness and worries of the day.

I listened intently, lost in the tale, but also acutely aware of the presence beside me. Sebastian's voice held a certain warmth, a tenderness that only deepened my affection for him.

I buried my head in the crook of his neck, breathing in his familiar scent. It was the scent of home, of warmth and familiarity that had been absent from my life for far too long. The ache in my heart that had haunted me during our separation was finally being eased, replaced by a profound happiness that I thought I would never experience again.

Sebastian's arms tightened around me, as if he never wanted to let me go. The strength and love in his touch reassured me that this was real. We had found our way back to each other, and it felt like coming home after a long, arduous journey.

As I pulled back slightly, our eyes met, and I saw the reflection of my own emotions mirrored in his gaze. The love, the longing, the yearning that we had both carried in our hearts was now radiating between us, connecting our souls in an unbreakable bond. Words were unnecessary in that moment, for our eyes spoke volumes, conveying all the unspoken promises and desires that had built up during our time apart.

Sebastian's warm breath tickled my ear as he whispered, his voice filled with a mixture of tenderness and playful mischief. "I have missed holding you, my love. Every moment without you felt like an eternity."

A smile tugged at the corners of my lips as I leaned back slightly, gazing into his eyes, still unable to believe that we were finally reunited. "You certainly know how to make a woman feel special," I teased, my voice filled with affectionate sarcasm. A few moments passed and then my voice quiet, "Losing you was the hardest thing I've ever endured."

Sebastian chuckled, the sound sending shivers down my spine. "Well, my dear, I assure you that I plan to make up for all those lost years," he replied, his fingers gently tracing circles on my back. "We have a lot of catching up to do."

I playfully raised an eyebrow, a mischievous glint in my eyes. "Oh really? And how exactly do you plan to make up for it, Mr. Sallow?"

He leaned in closer, his voice dropping to a husky whisper. "Well, for starters, I want to whisk you away to wherever you heart desires. I want to build you the world's biggest vivarium. I want to give you all of life's simple pleasures."

A surge of warmth spread through me, igniting a fire deep within my soul. "A vivarium," I murmured, my voice barely above a breath. "That sounds absolutely magical, Sebastian."
