Season One: Chapter One - A New Start
Year 2138 - Tokyo, Japan. Rain fell over the polluted city and as it poured the sound of footsteps running through the rain could be heard as a middle aged man was seen running towards a seven story apartment building. As the man got to the elevator he groaned seeing a notice explaining that the elevator was yet again broke and under repairs.
As he got to the door leading to the stairs he began running up them until he made it to the top floor and rushed down the hall like a mad man.
Making it to his door he grabbed his keys from his pocket and put them in his lock and turned them until he heard a click, indicating the door was now unlocked.
As he stepped into the apartment he was greeted to the sight of a clean living room that had a window facing towards the sea, which would have been a beautiful view if it wasn't obstructed by all the pollution.
Turning to his left led him directly into the kitchen that was small enough to only fit one person, maybe two if you were careful with maneuvering around each other. As he headed into his bedroom, he threw his military bag on his bed that had yet to be made since this morning.
Sitting down on his gaming chair he placed his headset onto his head and waited while a screen appeared with the title of his favourite game, Yggdrasil.
He smiled sadly as he was brought into the world of Yggdrasil, for this was the last time he would login to the game.
As he got to the loading screen he seen his character that he created and spent a disgusting amount of hours on. Besides work, he spent more time on Yggdrasil than he did the real world.
When he clicked on his character he smiled as he was proud of the character he made. His character was originally a human, but one day he ended up in one of Loki's dungeons and turned into a werewolf. Being the role player he was he decided that he'd stay as a werewolf. He could have gone to one of the major cities and got cured but it would have cost an absurd amount of gold since it was Loki himself that cursed his character with lycanthropy. Because of this it was far more difficult to cure his character of such a curse.
When he logged into his character it showed his appearance as he was loaded into the game.
His appearance would be frightening if it was real. He had pitch black fur that resembled the night sky devoid of stars. Large canine ears that were attached to a massive head with a long thick snout and a powerful jaw that held sharp fangs that resembled steel blades. His eyes were a beautiful amber with blood red slits. He had a muscular build that resembled what a skilled and experienced warrior would most likely have. His fur was thick, especially around his neck, it was almost like a mane. He had sharp claws that if touched flesh would easily pierce through it and lastly his character towered over most players being an astounding 10ft tall beast.
