ALMOST DONE WITH THIS STORYYYY!

-----------------------------------------------

"Isis? Isis where are you?" I cried as I looked all over her room, knocking everything over.

"Ramona what's going on?" Aubrey asked as she ran into Isis's room.

"I woke up and she's gone." I said as tears streamed down my face.

"Tony! HELP!" Aubrey screamed as Tony came running up the stairs with a note in his hand.

He walked into Isis's room and looked at me worridly. What was going on? Where was my baby? I let more and more tears spill down my face, unable to stop them. He handed the note over to me.

"Dear Ramona,

You're daughter is fine, but you must do exactly as instructed or she won't be fine for very long. You're family shunned me, none of them ever gave me a chance to prove that I could have been worth anything. Tony, Nate, they all shunned me from their lives, and kept me away from Courtney. Now listen to me.

First, you must come up to the top of mount Lake Silver.

Second, There's a box in Courtney's old room. It's in the top cornor of her closet. In a secret passage. She put it there while she was pregnant and I was the only one who knew where it was.

Third, Bring the box to me. DO NOT LOOK IN IT.

Tonight.

At midnight.

Bring that box to me, and I will give you your daughter back unharmed and perfectly safe. My son Kane is currently taking care of her. He's doing a great job but needs a new lover, if you wouldn't mind i'd like to keep her. Force her upon my son's life. Marriage, children of her own. Never seeing you again.

Fallow as instructed.

-Riley"

I let myself fall to the ground on my knees with my face in my hands, the tears falling down my face still, soaking my hands and my shirt. I screamed into my hands as Aubrey tried to comfort me. She tried pulling me back onto my feet but failed.

I smelled River's scent as he entered the house and came into Isis's room. He grabbed me gently by the arm and pulled me back onto my feet. He pulled me against his chest as I cried against his shirt, pulling at the back of it. He kissed the top of my head, and kept me against his chest with his arms around me.

"I'm so sorry River." I cried.

"Ramona, this isn't your fault." He whispered.

I continued to scream against his chest as he rubbed my back, and kissed the top of my head, not letting me get away from his grip. I tried to control my breathing as he held onto me until I calmed down. Well, I didn't exactly calm down but it was as calm as I was going to get.

"Go find the box." River said calmly, his eyes bloodshot from crying.

I walked over to Courtney's old room, none of us have been in it since the day she died. It held way too many bad memories for us, but right now this was about Isis, and getting her back safely. I needed her back.

I opened the door slowly with River behind me not saying anything. I walked into her room, the walls were light purple, and her blankets were blue. Her room was still set up the same. I walked over to her closet, and opened it, trying to look at the top shelf but of course I was too short.
