After rushing to the hospital Rashun finally went into surgery, everyone sat in the hospital lobby walking pacing through the halls praying and shaking
Monique sat there silently, everyone knew she wasn't okay but she had to bottle up her emotions in order to stay strong for everyone else
K3 rested his arm around her shoulder knowing she was going through it, even though he played the big brother role Monique was his older cousin who was strong for the entire family no matter what happened
He admired how selfless she was.. K3 knew sometimes she could be too selfless at times but Monique couldn't help it, she felt like it was her responsibility to make sure everyone was good
Kennedy Renaija and Maleah went home instead of going to the hospital with everyone else, Monique didn't want her younger sister around that type of behavior
"Friends and Family of Rashun Cole?" A lady came out with her clip board
Everyone stood up fast "Is Rashun good or what?" Rio snapped at the doctor
"His surgery went well Sir, we were able to get the bullet out successfully but Rashun did lose lots of blood, I will be prescribing him some medication for future headaches and pain for the shoulder" The doctor explained
Nobody really gave a fuck about what she was saying, they were too busy worried about if Rashun was up
"Can we see him?" Monique said softly trying to hold in her cry "Of course, right this way"
Monique followed after the doctor and so did the others, once they made it to Rashun's room they seen him shirtless with a bandage wrapped around his shoulder and arm.
Rashun smiled seeing everyone enter, He noticed tears running down Mo face
"Whatchu crying fa ma? i told you i was gone be good" He wiped her tears with his thumb, she cried in his chest finally letting everything out
India Nae and Kaniyah rubbed her back as she cried, they knew she needed to let it out. Mo was good at holding things in until she finally broke
"Stop crying im coo baby" Rashun gave her a smile as he pecked her on the lips
"Nigga don't ever in yo life play with us like that" K3 stuck his middle finger up and Rio nodded "Had us thinking we lost you" Rio added
India Kaniyah and Nae smiled over at Rashun "Ion like yo ass but i'm glad you good" Kaniyah said making Rashun chuckle
"I told y'all i was gone be good, we gotta lay low after tonight though" Rashun said
