𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 | 𝐌𝐨 ᴄʜɪᴄᴀɢᴏ, ɪʟʟɪɴᴏɪꜱ
It's been a week since Ava was born so it was time for us to head to her doctors appointment, Me & Rashun still weren't on speaking terms but he still showed up for her appointment.
"wassup pretty girl" He cooed at Ava who was in her carseat, I chucked watching their interaction
"you look pretty, who you going to see?" He smirked looking me up and down
"boy bye! you know I look good on the regular" I chuckle as we enter the doctors.
As I talked to the clerk Rashun stood behind me hugging my waist, I chuckled a little bit since being ticklish
"you can't be doing that" I sucked my teeth at him as we sat down
"why? we still together" He shrugged his shoulders playing with Ava
"we still haven't sorted out what happened that night, you know you was wrong for that" I rolled my eyes
"I was but it was a mistake that'll never happen again, I wasn't thinking" he explained
"and you know K3 told me y'all were out with that Nuni girl, you know I don't like her"
"his ass a snitch, ma I already told you Ian paying shorty no attention" he chuckled "plus rio just hit that, i'm definitely not on that with her"
I shook my head, soon Ava's last name was called out. we quickly walked to the back and sat in the office.
"Hello I'm Dr Stevens, I'll be Ava's Doctor shes here for a check up?" He asked
"yes she just turned a week old" I explained
"okay thats good, let me go ahead and check if everything is going well" He grabbed Ava from Rashun with a big smile
Rashun stared at the doctor making sure he didn't do anything wrong, I laughed watching how serious he was.
I wasn't mad at Rashun anymore about him coming home drunk, but he needed to know he was wrong for what he did.
"okay everything's going well with baby Ava shes eating well and she is gaining the right amount of weight. she'll need her first shots when shes 2 months. I'll see you guys at the next check up" The doctor smiled handing Ava over to Rashun
"okay thank you so much" I smiled
As we left the office I buckled Ava's carseat in "so we not finna talk?" Rashun asked as he watched
