I get up and kind of look at him with an annoyed look on my face, I don't even know why I looked at him like that. I kind of felt bad after I saw the look on his face when I did that.
I've never seen him like that before, but I've also only known him for about a week and a half.
Izzy's family POV:
"We still need to find her!" Mama says with the saddest voice ever.
Aaron then adds "I know where she is...."
"You've known where she was this entire time, Aaron! I've never been this disappointed as an aunt!"
"I know and I'm so sorry! She told me not to tell anyone, especially you too."
She turns to Mia and just stares at her with the most horrified expression on earth.
"did" she starts to stutter "did you know, Mi Mi?" She starts to cry and dad walks over to her and hugs her.
He knows that she feels so horrible.
"I don't even know if my eldest daughter is dead or not! This is the worst thing ever! We're in the middle of an apocalypse and I don't even know if she's dead or not!" She keeps wailing and crying, no one has ever seen her this sad and angry.
Back to Izzy's POV:
As I walk away from him, he follows after me. As he catches up to me he comes up and holds my hand, from behind me I can hear Alyssa crying. I turn back and run towards her.
"Are you okay, Alyssa!??" I say pretty loud
"What. The. Fuck. Do you mean "am I okay?"
"Well I just thought" She cuts me off pretty fast
"You just kissed my best friend that I've been in love with for x-y many years!"
"But I didn't" Again she cuts me off
"Never have I despised someone so much in my entire life"
"I didn't even know you were in love with him." I lied straight to her face, I knew she was and I was proud of what I did and I'm so happy that I had done that with him. I've never been this happy!
"Yes you did! I saw it in your face that you knew it right away, You knew!" She starts crying so hard
"Okay! Okay! Yes I did know, and I'm proud of what I did, if you were so much in love with him you would've done the same!"
"But maybe you just don't have the balls to do anything with him!"
She stares at me with a horrified look on her face. She looks down, knowing I won this fight. I walked away with the look of rage and frustration on my face, Jeremiah walked over to me.
"Are you okay?" He says
"Yeah, yeah I guess."
"Okay, I say let's go and explore more."
There was a long pause between the conversation. I had a lot of thinking to do...
"Actually..I would like to go home and check on my family.."
