She's sat down on one knee
Exclaiming quietly "oh like me"
She flies along seashores and sands
Hunched inwards, a book in her hands
She spends Sunday evening unlike all do
But oh, shes summoned "come here, you"
she flungs her book under the bed
indulged in dread
I watch her on my screen
Towards the screen I lean
Sitting here I'm vexed
For I want to know what's nextShe's in love with a book
Which can't dance or cookShe's in love with a book
But at least it's not a crookShe's in love with all her books
So peaceful she looks
