Chapter 9

I walked into my next lecture and saw the guy with the brown wolf cut and tanned skin , he had his glasses next to his notebook and he was typing something onto his lap top.
I didn't want to sit next to him after what happened yesterday, he was being an asshole for no reason , but it was the only other seat that was empty so I just sat their either way . I put my bag down besides my table and brang out my notebook and Laptop, the guy with the wolf cut gave me a quick side eye and rolled his eyes while looking back at his laptop , I frowned and shrugged because I wasn't going to let him disturb my peace.
The professor walked in and class began to start, I just tried to ignore the guy for the rest of the class and listen to what the professor had to say .

I decided to go too the library and study and mostly read, I walked around the book shelf's looking for a book to read , mostly a book that would be very interesting. I grabbed a book that caught my eye and it had a beautiful design , I checked the beck to see what it was about and so far I was interested so I ended up taking it with me . I went to the front desk to go check out the book and saw the brown wolf cut guy come towards me.
He stepped in front of me looking me up and down and looked at the book, "I um.. wanted to read that book, can I have it I'll give it to you after I'm done ?" He said forcing a fake smile , I snorted and straightened my face and smiled "Oh no.. sorry but I got it first." I made my voice sound cheerful to show how unbothered I was, he clenched his fist and walked away ,
"Bitch." He hissed under his breath , "Hm what was that ?" I looked at him frowning , he turned around and got close to me ," You heard me , I said bitch , bitch.." he whispered it low into my ear ." And walked away with a smug look on his face .
I stared at the floor , "Wtf...just happened , all this because of a book" , I shook my head at the thought of what just happened and sat down at a nearby table and opened the book up.

I flipped a page getting immersed into the book and surprisingly it wasn't all that bad , "How are you," a low voice said into my ear , I jumped being startled and turned around to see Troy looking at me with a grin on his face . "You scared me yknow." , he laughed and sat down next to me , "Sorry about that you just looked so peaceful reading ." He looked at what I was reading and his eyes lit up .
"I've read this book before it was really good ." He said leaning close to read the book with me , I nodded feeling my cheeks heat up because of how close we were. "Soo...wanna go shop with me ?" I looked down and thought for a second , I've never went shopping with anyone besides my mom so it felt unnatural to be but I agreed.

THE MALL

We arrived at the mall , and went to many different stores , I saw Troy going into stores buying many things and I just stood there and watched him do everything.
As we walked around we walked into a store that caught my eye, it had lots of cute things and this black dress that I really liked but was to afraid it would cling to my body this much. "You should try it ." I turned around and saw Troy looking at me , "I'm not sure it would even look that good on me ." I looked away slightly embarrassed , "just try it and if you don't like it we'll look for something else ."
I eventually agreed and stepped into a dressing room and changed into the black dress, I looked into the mirror and saw how it clung to my body, my stomach was showing in it and my stomach was my biggest insecurity, I didn't like the way it sagged on my body I wished that it was flat .
I hesitated to step out side and did it either way, I walked out of the dressing room and Troy looked up from his phone, his eyes trailed down my body and it lingered there for seconds , his eyes went back up to my eyes and I could tell there was a different look in it. "You look good, idk why you think you don't." He stepped closer to me , "Seriously, you gotta be more confident about yourself, you're beautiful ." He said to me looking into my eyes confidently . I looked away from his gaze and walked back into the dressing room and changed into my regular clothes.

I didn't end up buying the dress but we continued to shop even more after that , while we were shopping the recent moments kept playing in my head and I got butterflies each time I thought about it, I never knew someone would think I was beautiful.

Okay so this is the end of this chapter , although is shorter 😭 which I am sorry about that .
