I am walking through campus to get to my 8 A.M class when I receive a text message from my Father.

Father: Good Morning son, I need you to stop by the office so we can discuss some important upcoming business plans.

Alexander: Good Morning dad, I'm headed to a class currently but I'll make sure to stop by when I'm done.

Father: Okay that sounds like a plan.

I'm very anxious about graduating within a year because I know that once I graduate all the current responsibilities my dad has will fall on me. I know that my dad is excited to be able to retire and watch me follow in his footsteps but I also know he's slightly nervous as well. My dad has been slowly training me to be able to take over when the time comes so I don't doubt that he wants to see me because of that. I slip my phone back into my coat pocket after reading the text and continue the walk to class.

I finally make it to class with just enough time to spare. I start to head to my seat while looking briefly around the classroom I stop in my tracks when I see a woman sitting in the seat that I normally sit in. She has to be new because I've never seen her before and trust me when I say I would remember if I had seen her before. I stand there staring at her beautiful dark skin that looks like it's glowing and her curly hair that I suddenly have the urge to run my fingers through flows down her back. I desperately want her to turn around so I can get a full view of her face but she looks straight ahead not allowing me the satisfaction.

I snap out of my gaze and look around the classroom for another seat, preferably one close to her. I find the perfect seat which is behind the beautiful mystery girl. I glide towards the seat before anyone else can take it. Sitting down I retrieve my laptop and other items for class. I've been staring at the back of the beautiful mystery girl head for about 30 minutes now. I haven't been paying attention to anything that the professor is saying. I just want her to turn around so that I can see her face. I need to see her face. Fuck! What is wrong with me?

I'm sitting in the seat behind her allowing my thoughts to overcrowd my mind when I see her start to turn around slowly. I quickly look down to act as if I wasn't just being a creep and staring at her for the past 30 minutes. I then look up slowly and I catch a glimpse of her face and my god she is breathtaking. Her face looks weirdly familiar but I can't tell from where my mind remembers her. Is she a model? or maybe an actress? Maybe she's an influencer? That seems to be the only explanation I can come up with as to why her face seems so familiar. All I know is that she has just become my new addiction and she doesn't even know it.

When class is over I pull out my phone checking the time. I then oddly remember that I have yet to text that Casey girl that I'm supposed to be tutoring. I tap on the phone icon and hover over her contact information before sending her a quick message.

Alexander: Hey Casey it's Alexander. I almost forgot about our tutoring sessions. How does tomorrow at 12 work for you?

Casey: Hey tomorrow at 12 is fine. Thanks again for helping me out. Math has been kicking my ass.

I laugh at her reply before responding.

Alexander: No problem! I'm going to get you right. Let's meet at the library on campus.

Casey: Sounds like a plan. Can't wait!

I arrive at my future place of employment and head straight towards the elevator to get to my dad's office. As I'm walking through the lobby the female employees literally stop what they're doing to gawk at me. They're probably surprised to see me and I can't blame them. I try to not make as many visits to the office if I can help it. I love the work and I'm honored to take over for my dad to continue the family business. I just wish there was a way I could do the work and not have to be around as many people all the time.
