KAT'S POV
I pulled on the silk pajamas that Noah had picked out for me, which were essentially close to nothing. Just a pair of very short silk shorts and a cropped silk tank top that my nipples poked through from the cold air in my house. When I walked into the kitchen, there stood Chris, who bit his lip the moment he saw me.

"I mean, fuck the envelope, I say we-" Noah shook his head and pinched the bridge of his nose.

"One! Time!" Noah snapped. Chris stepped back, shocked by Noah's tone. "The only reason you're here is because it's you're fault that we're in this situation." I rolled my eyes as Noah pointed all blame at Chris, and dumped the envelope on the kitchen counter. More pictures. This time it was from that night where I was pressed between the two men who are arguing as I look over the contents of the envelope. I picked up a picture where Noah had his hand wrapped to the front of my body, fucking me with his fingers while my head was leaned against his chest. Chris was standing in front of me, eating me with his gaze.

"Guys," I cut into their argument and slid the picture on the counter in between them. Noah and Chris leaned in, their brows knitting together. This man wasn't just stalking me back then, he had been stalking me. I felt sick to my stomach. How much had he seen? How close had he gotten? Had he ever been in my house? Noah picked up the letter that was in the envelope with all of the pictures, and began reading it.

"Dear, Kat,
I had a great time participating from afar while watching you get filled. Though, I can't say I didn't imagine me being the one doing it. You could call me a stalker, but I much prefer the word admirer. After all, that is what I do. I admire you from afar. But soon, I'll be up close. And no one will stop me from taking my little prize." I gagged as Noah read it, my dinner threatening to come up. Noah put the letter down, and took a deep breath.

"Is murder acceptable now?" Chris asked, breaking the silence from shock and confusion. Noah looked up at him with wide eyes, and I swore I saw flames licking in his irises.

"No," Noah said through clenched teeth, "we call the cops." He ran a hand through his hair out of frustration, and slammed it back onto the counter. "The only murder I would accept at this point is yours, anyways," Noah mumbled. I rolled my eyes at their bickering.
My hands shook rapidly as I handed the officer the envelopes with everything in them, nervous of what they'd say once they see the pictures. I watched as the officers blue eyes rounded, not prepared for what he was seeing. He pulled off his hat, revealing his messy blonde hair. He had to be around our age, if not younger, and the fear he radiated proved he was a rookie. His eyes shot from the three of us, bouncing like a ball. My assumption was that he was matching us to the pictures. His face turned red and he put the pictures down.

"I can station someone outside your house, and if he comes back we will make an arrest. Until then, without an actual physical threat, we have nothing to arrest him now." Noah's arms were crossed in front of his chest, and he shook his head as he looked down.

"That's fucking bullshit, and you know it!" Noah shouted, pointing his finger at the officer. "My girl is in danger, and y'all are just going to sit until he comes back? What if he comes back and hurts her! What if he kills her!"

"Mr. Davis-"

"Don't fucking use my real name-" the officer gripped Noah by the collar on his shirt.

"It's my job to protect people, and it seems the only one being violent here is you. He's expressed no intent to kill her," the officer seethed. I could see Noah physically biting his tongue, holding back every unhinged word he wanted to say. The officer let go of Noah, and took a step back. He brushed back his hair and put his hat back on, then collected the envelopes. "I'll go back to the station, get this typed up and we have someone stationed tonight. They won't make themselves known, but they will be there in an unmarked vehicle." He turned to leave, but stopped in his tracks. "Oh, and keep him under control." He gestured to Noah, who I was sure was mentally beating the officer to a pulp.

NOAH'S POV
I didn't sleep at all. All I could do do was sit awake and worry. What if he was out there, watching her sleep through the double glass doors that lead to the backyard from her bedroom? What if he tried to get in? The thought of him breaking in and watching her while no one was with her for those three weeks sent a chill to my bone. He could have done unspeakable things to her, yet he didn't. Why didn't he? Is he getting some sick thrill from watching Kat? Like a wild animal stalking their prey before they pounce.
The wind blew a rose bush growing outside, but my mind told me it was something different. I never thought I'd say this, but I couldn't wait to get to Texas where she would be just out of reach. From both Conner and Chris. Fucking Chris... my blood boiled. I've tried to maintain the peace, that's one of her closest friends. If something were to happen between us, I'd at least know Chris would be there to be sure she's okay. I swallowed my jealousy down, like a bitter fucking pill, but I swear I'd he makes one more remark about fucking her, I'll take him down.
Kat stirred in her sleep, and I could tell she was having a bad dream. I couldn't blame her. She has a stalker and a police department that won't do anything about it. So, I'd have to be her comfort. I took a deep breath, accepting that I needed to put all my jealousy and hurt to the side. She's my priority.

"Are you ready to go, Kat!" I shouted as I took the bags out. I couldn't wait to get out of here and get far enough away that she'd feel safe at least for a few days. Kat came out with her Kindle and her Halloween tumbler filled with coffee. Seeing the Kindle made me smirk, remembering that one page from that book that I read. I wonder what she's moved on to reading now?
Every so often on our drive I'd glance over at the beautiful woman lost in whatever book she had downloaded. She was cute when she was focused on the words. Her hazel eyes scanning it so carefully. If I was lucky I'd look over and catch a small hint of a blush on her face that was only hidden when she'd pull her glasses on. That's how I knew she was reading a rather spicy section. I smiled to myself, and placed a hand on her thigh. She offered a grin, not pulling her eyes from her kindle, and I wondered if it was the chapter or my hand that made her squeeze her thighs together. I pushed my hand up further, until I was under the frayed hem of her black denim shorts, watching as she abused her bottom lip with her teeth. Fuck, she drives me crazy when she does that. There isn't near enough room in this damned car to do half the things I want to do to her right now.
With my eyes staying on the road, I slid my middle finger in. She was soaked, and writhing at my touch. I grinned, listening to her sharp breaths as I pulled it out and pushed it back in, palming her clit. I drew out to my finger tip, and added another finger. Kat dropped her Kindle and clung on to the door of the passenger side, her nails leaving crescent moons on the leather. She'll be angry about it later, but right now I think it's the last thing on her mind as I curl my fingers. Eventually her moans overpower The Weeknd playing on the Bluetooth. If the seatbelt weren't holding her down I was sure she'd leap out of her skin with pleasure. She shivered as though my fingers were electricity coursing through her body. Fuck, she's getting fucked hard tonight, I don't care that it will be in her parents house. I have a few things for that.
My fingers pressed harder, hitting that special spot.
"F-fuck, Noah," she moaned breathlessly. Her other hand gripped my arm tightly, as if it was keeping her grounded, but one more thrust of my fingers sent her falling over the edge. She filled my hand with her cum and I withdrew my fingers, leaving her shuddering from her orgasm.

Kat and I had agreed that we wanted to drive all day, even though we'd still get there late as fuck. Her dad was waiting up for us to arrive at 11:00PM, and welcomed us in with open arms. Well, he welcomed her in with open arms. He looked me up and down, then shook my hand firmly. Kat went into the bedroom, informing me she was exhausted and ready for bed, leaving me with her dad.

"Don't be shy, I don't bite. Do you drink?" I nodded and he grabbed two crystal whiskey glasses in one hand and a crystal decanter with an amber colored liquid in it. I assumed it was whiskey. He placed a sphere of ice in each one, then poured the warm liquid over it. "The last one didn't, so I always check now."

"Oh, John wasn't a drinker?" I regretted the question the moment I asked it. I know who the last one was, I just didn't want to hear it.

"No, that Chris kid who was closer to my age than Kat's. I'll be honest, I told her I was impressed with him, which I was, but he wasn't right for her. He can't handle my daughter. Can you handle her?" I cleared my throat nervously. This man didn't hold back, he didn't care to. His job was to protect her and keep her from wasting her time. My only option is be cocky and confident, an act I'm not used to. I straightened my back.

"I like to think so. I know she's been through a lot, but I'm ready to be there for her." He grinned and nodded. I took a sip of the whiskey, feeling the burn as it slides down my throat. He took a seat at his large wooden desk, a Texas star decorated the front of it, and his handgun sat out on top of it. How much more Texas can he get? He then kicks his cowboy boots on the desk, and gestures for me to have a seat. I did, fearing that he'd use that gun on me if I didn't.

"Were you the boy running around with my daughter on the cruise?" I nodded my head, and he sipped his drink, then placed it on the desk. "My wife had never met Chris before, she had to head straight back to work after the funeral before she got the opportunity, so I told her it was probably him, but then I saw that picture of the both of you trending online. I wasn't impressed with the comments, I must say." Yeah, neither was I. Particularly the ones where men made her out to be a piece of meat in a lions den.

"I addressed them with her the moment it started, and we got our PR and managers involved. I was sure to involve her in it every step of the way." He nodded, then reached into his drawer. What was he grabbing for? Was I done for? Was this it? Is it a bullet with 'For Noah' inscribed on it? I took a deep breath when I saw it was just an envelope.

"John gave this to me before he deployed, stating I'd know before anyone else," he said, sliding it to me. I looked at the messy handwriting.
'For Whoever Loves Her Next'.
He pulled it back and slid it in his desk again. "They had problems, but he still loved her. Now, I know what you're thinking. He cheated on her, she slept with another man, they had a mess. But, they loved each other. John spilled everything before he left." He leaned in again. "Kat has had enough heartbreak. Don't be another." I wanted to tell him right then I'd already bought a ring, I'd already asked Chris and my band their thoughts, but I knew he'd say the same thing. I'm a love drunk fool, and it's just a phase. It's too early. That Kat doesn't need this. And maybe they were right, but I was still determined to prove them wrong.
