Mystic Falls High School - Lunch Period

"Something tells me that we'll need to go to the Gilbert residence today." Bonnie said once everything in the cafeteria died down.

Curious looks was all she got in response. Sighing, "Elena is gonna twist some words around and get Jeremy in trouble. Let's just say that I'm grateful we included Jeremy in on our exercises."

Some of the siblings over the years had formed a friendship with the Gilbert boy. All of them didn't know whether they wanted him to know just yet, but they did decide that he'll be protected, same as Jenna.

"The bastard is really gonna raise a hand to Jeremy over her lying ass?!!" Hayley asked enraged, drawing people to look over only to flinch back from her glare.

"Yes, he'll try to swing at him but Jeremy will flip him over the dining room table. Then Miranda will call the police and try to get him sent away for bad behavior." Bonnie informed them from a 'feeling' she had the moment Elena stormed off. She had these a lot and mostly they came true before her very eyes.

She didn't always know when the events would happen though, since the power was still developing but, it was a skill that would prove vital for her and her family.

"Looks like we'll need more supplies then. I needed to pick up more things anyway, so this is perfect." Caroline said.

"What else could you possibly need?" Matthew said. His sister was a shopaholic to the core.

"It's for movie night nosy!"

"Oh-wait I'm right! What else could we possibly need?!"

"Matthew, Jeremy doesn't like Sunkist or Root Beer. He doesn't eat pork and he hates buttered and sweet pickles. He's also allergic to walnuts and cashews but, he absolutely loves pistachios and almonds—We'll need his EpiPen but I'm certain AJ will already have it handled. I already have one of his anyway, I just still wanna be prepared.

Either way, Eeyore, we don't have all the right things that'll accommodate him, so I'll be out to buy more goodies that'll suit him and make him more comfortable to chill with us." Caroline said matter-of-factly, everyone realizing she might be right.

Everyone of them had different taste likes and dislikes, her taking Jeremy's so intimately into account didn't go unnoticed to them.

"Eeyore?" Matt said, forgetting her having an EpiPen for the boy already and slightly offended at the new nickname that he was certain she'll stick with.

"Yeah that's you. You're naturally a loner, you're gloomy and sometimes, you're pessimistic. You're not one for drama and chaos, because you know we'll win but, you still tag along with us. You're loyal as hell towards your family, even when we're getting on your nerves." The blonde goes to explain why she nicknamed him.

Everyone else nodding their heads to her analysis, the nickname fitting him more as they listened.

Matt only could roll his eyes at his sister. Strangely, he kind of liked it, he just wouldn't admit to anyone dead or alive. When she listed off the reasons why, he started to appreciate being named after one of his favorite characters. Another reason he wasn't putting up much of a fight.

Still everyone had to know, how the hell did Caroline know all that? Sure they hung out with the boy a few times but most of them kept their distance because Elena didn't like them around him. They didn't care but most kept distance.

Feeling their questions against her skin she spoke. "One summer, when the town had this huge project, we were paired together. He wasn't so bad to talk to and he seemed like a pretty good kid...compared to what he was raised with. He's very talented too, you just have to see his sketches and drawings! Before you even go there, Jeremy is like a little brother to me. That's why immediately after the bell we're all going to The Gilbert's." She was colder now.
