No one POV
Witch House - Living Room
It was the beginning of the third quarter now and the gang were finding themselves bored with the curriculum. They were past college and professional level at this point in their studies, they still went to school (Not like James would allow that at all anyway. If they didn't want to go to college, fine, but that diploma was a must) and plan to still go on to college.
The only thing they were looking forward to now was February. They had 3 birthdays in that month, for people that meant a whole lot to them. Bonnie, Tyler, and Matthew's birthdays, two turning 16 and the one between turning 17.
James couldn't handle his siblings growing up, knowing what laid ahead of them. They had the advantage now, but he still worried.
The girls wanted Bonnie's sweet sixteen to be epic, so they decided to rent out a dining hall. The theme being playful yet lavish at the same time. The party would be invite only, and a certain brunette wouldn't be allowed.
The whole school was buzzing with 'what was Bonnie was going to wear' or 'what car would she be getting', since her sisters were making it known that it was her sweet sixteen. The girls had already celebrated their 16th in style and wanted Bonnie to experience the same.
The gang were known for their parties. Hell, even some adults in town wanted in on some of these parties. Hearing from their kids the epic tales they experienced from their events.
Keelin, Sybil, Hayley, and Caroline were in charge of the party planning with James, Freya, Saraya, Leia, and Jaxon acting as some of the rest of the party planning committee. The heads of these party plannings are changed every so often. They were a big thing in this family. Having people that could handle these types of things were a necessity.
This would be Bonnie's becoming of a woman. She would be seen as an adult in some witch communities, her magic magnifying and strengthening itself for her, in the growing years of her reign. She would become a force to be reckoned with. She was already, this would just make even her more fierce and deadly.
Right after Bonnie's birthday, it's Tyler's, then Matt's. The girls just couldn't wait to show out for their brothers.
Caroline would refrain from smashing cake in Tyler's face, since the others had a bet going on that neither of them wanted to give the others the satisfaction of winning.
They would be going to Hawaii for Tyler since he wanted to go there for a while now. Finding out that his older brother purchased a home there was more than enough for him to be satisfied with. He knew they would be giving him more, and didn't seem to mind either.
Then it was Matt's turn, him being the second youngest was not going unnoticed. He was going to be spoiled just like the rest of them.
Matthew really wanted to go to Bora Bora for his birthday, something the others were rather excited about themselves. They had just been to see the Super Bowl in some top notch box seats. They were also planning for the Baseball World Series. Remembering to place hefty bets on the Yankees (Jame's advice) in the process.
This was also loosening James up more on not wanting to travel further out the country, nearly all of them were now of age.
James had wanted them to be old enough to know the way of the world and know how to defend themselves before he let them loose.
He was proud to know they very well could now, just didn't want to let them go off yet.
They knew why they recently started to travel out of the country. Finding comfort in the fact James worried over them like a mother hen would. Bonnie often called him mom as a joke but sometimes they could tell she meant it, he never corrected her either, just fussed some more then kept it moving.
