James' POV

The Witch House - The Kitchen

Today was September the 7th, the official starting episode of The Vampire Diaries. The town doesn't even know what crawled in as they slept into the night.

The morning news reported the bodies of a young couple being found after a tragic 'animal attack'. Damon was to be around permanently now and that was making me anxious.

He was unpredictable and wild in the first season. Stefan was pussy whipped and hangry, so he's out. And the town founding families were just being neglectful idiots. Who lets a vampire in on their 'secret' council? Without any type of proof that he wasn't a vampire right on the spot in front of them all!?!

If I didn't set some things straight with the Salvatore Brothers first, I'm certain Damon will bring himself an early death.

Through my mind I called the whole house to the kitchen. It only took them a few minutes, but soon everyone was here. I was finishing up the last few parts of breakfast anyway.

"As you all know, today is the day. The pilot episode for the whole TVD universe. Stefan Salvatore will be transferring into the school today, while his older brother, Damon, will be announcing himself to him later on tonight. I want everyone to be on their guard. Damon's humanity is off. He is unpredictable at the moment. And even though he's a piece of shit, Stefan will protect him. I know the plot will need you to interact with the brat, but stay away from those Salvatores, they're bad news. Same goes for Elena. She only gets school and some mild outside interaction for right now. How she'll find out about us knowing about the supernatural? I don't know... Stefan or Damon will probably figure it out before she does."

I told them as I magicked the now finished breakfast towards the dining table and counter tops, with plates for people who wanted to sit there.

I was expecting the girl to figure out that we know about the supernatural, she'll just be clueless about how much we know. They'll never know that much, only what we want them to know.

The gang, the throuple, Saraya, Lamont, Derrick, Amina, and Zahra soon went to where they wanted to sit, and began putting food on their plates.

You could feel the tension. They were trying to settle their nerves. Everyone here knew what was to come, they knew it was game time. We have to save this town or hell will literally rain down on earth.

The others who weren't here had other things that needed to be handled. They knew how important this day was, that is, for the ones in the know.

Chuck and Stew would be coming here within a few weeks time. They didn't trust the Salvatores too much. Alister, Slater, Leia, Soline and Seid weren't fans of the brothers in any means either. They wanted them strung up.

"I can't believe he killed that couple. It's like he's announcing to the whole town that vampires are back!" Tyler said, over it already.

"He didn't care about much, just getting Katherine out of the tomb." I said with a face.

He didn't care about who he hurts. It was all for 'his love'. All while he's falling in love with her lesser version, who was going out with his brother. Making matters worse, most of the people he hurt were people who later had to put up with him for Elena's sake. That's very sick.

"He better not come near me." Caroline said. Since she knew what he'd done to the other her, she wasn't going to let that happen to her in any way, shape, or form this time around.

"He will die for that one day. I promise." I said with a dark look in my eyes. The other adults who were there didn't look surprised by what I said. They wanted a piece of him too.
