It's been almost a month since it all went down. Kamari's mother has been calling her nonstop to come home. Kamari has simply hung up. But her sister was an absolutely different story. She wanted to see her, the one person who shares blood with her that doesn't treat her terribly.
"Come on Kamari, take me with you. I don't want to be here." Amaya spoke through sniffles as Kamari looked over at Kentrell who was sound asleep on the end of the bed, his head at her feet.
"It's dangerous to see you, just wait a little okay?" Kamari said and tears began pouring down her little sister's face.
"Baba turned to a completely different person, please Nana." She practically begged making her heart ache.
"Okay, I'll text you and have Nardo's driver take you. Not ours." Kamari instructed making her nod her head, wiping her tears.
They hung up the phone and Kamari let out a soft sigh, looking at Kentrell who slept peacefully. Should she wake him up and tell him? Would he even let her go?" Is it safe to go by herself?
