The sun had risen, the rain dropped from the sky and caused wet puddles on the driveway of a small house. "Faith!" A man called up the stairs, faith has her arms rested upon her window ledge and started at the rain. She couldn't believe she was leaving this urban scenery to move to such a big city like LA, "faith!" The man shouted again.

"Jesus Christ" he snapped, "yeah I'm coming!" She shouted back as she grabbed her bag, she raced downstairs and met the faces of her parents. "Why do we have to leave?" She complained, "your father has a new job. One with much more success now will you please get into the car" her mother complained, getting fed up of her daughters constant whining.

She opened the front door and turned around, looking at her small house that she would be leaving. She sighed before throwing her bag in the backseat, she had lived in this small town her whole life. It felt like a sharp pain to leave it, it was all she had ever known.

Shook her parents joined her in the car, "I'm sorry sweetie. I know it's hard for you but I promise LA will be better for you" Her mother turned around to face her daughter while her father switched the engine on. "Maybe you'll make some friends" her mother spoke before turning back around. Faith was never too good at making friends, this was something good that could come out of LA.

In LA no one knew her, maybe she could just put herself out there some more. She rested her head against the door of the car and closed her eyes, letting herself drift off into another world.

She was soon awoken by the car making a sharp turn into a driveway, she looked up to see a whole new scenery. "Welcome to LA darling" he father spoke, she sighed as she looked around. It all looked so busy, and she wasn't even in a busy party of LA yet.

"Right, let's see what we can do with this place" Her father smiled happily as he got out of the car and waved down the lorry that had been following close behind them. He helped the men unload some furniture while Faith helped her mother with the suitcases, once everything was unloaded it started being put into place.

Faith looked around, the place was much nicer than her old house. She maybe was too critical of moving, "how is it then?" Her mother asked. She shrugged as she turned to face her, "I can't say it bad" she replied. "Go upstairs, the room to the right is all yours" Her mother whispered.

Faith made her way upstairs and made a right, she opened the door to reveal a large space. It was perfect, there was a small en suite bathroom attached to the room and her own walk in wardrobe. Just like a celebrities room. That's another thing about Faith, she loved the idea of fame.

She viewed the fame life as her life long dream, She wanted it and she was prepared to work hard for it. A large bang knocked her out of her thoughts, she turned around abruptly to see her father and a workman pulling some furniture into her room.

"You go down stairs and help your mother while we sort your room out" He requested, Faith nodded and left her new room and headed down the stairs to see her mother unpacking. She sat on the floor, "so when do I start my new school?" She asked. "Tomorrow" her mother replied.

Faith looked up in shock, "but we only just got here?" She spoke. "You need an education, we can't afford to just wait" She explained. "But mum! I can't do that tomorrow I have to prepare myself" Faith explained and her mother laughed. "The longer you wait, the more nervous you'll feel" she said as she folded some clothes.

"It will all be fine, your cars just arrived by the tow truck" her mother explained so casually. "Mum this isn't fair!" Faith spoke up. Her mother sighed, "Faith it's school. You have to go" she explained. "No way! I don't know anyone" she snapped.

"Well you will get to know people then won't you" her mother spoke again. "This is all stupid" Faith complained as she left the room and grabbed her keys when she saw them on the side. "Where are you going!" Her mother yelled, "for a drive" she called back.

"You don't know where your doing" Her mother added, "well I'll get to know it" she mimicked her mothers words that she had said just moments before. Faith left the building and got into her car, she put the keys in the ignition and started the car up.

She pulled the car onto the road and began driving, she turned are GPS on and out her new address in for when she wanted to go home. She drove around the streets of her new home, it was so busy. People where everywhere, sports cars drove past her from every direction.

It made her feel more comfortable, it should have made her feel nervous. But it didn't.

She stopped in traffic, looking around there was tones of nightclubs and teenagers her age running around. She was coming to end of being sixteen, maybe she needed to live a little more. Other kids her age where messing around while she was stuck inside her house.

The traffic began to move and soon she found herself back at her new house. She got out the car, starting to feel bad about what she had said to her mother. She had gotten angry for a not good enough reason, she walked towards the front door and opened it.

Her parents both turned their heads towards her, "I'm sorry" she apologised. "It's okay, your stressed and I get that" her mother spoke as she walked towards her and hugged her. She helped her into the house and handed her what seemed to be her dinner.

"We're going to watch TV and eat tonight" Her father smiled, she sat down on the sofa with her parents as they turned on the TV. It was MTV, "not this crap, turn it over" her father snapped. "No!" Faith protested, "I love MTV" she smiled and her father rolled her eyes.

"She's stressed Paul" her mother smiled, "alright just this once" he agreed as he began chewing on his food. As faith watched, a boy came onto the tv for an interview. She recognised him but just couldn't put her finger on it, "the bands doing good and we're expecting a small show in a couple of weeks or so" he's strong German accent spoke.

She watched as he spoke and how he acted, it was all very perfect and he put on a good show. "I can't listen to this anymore, I'm sorry" Paul complained as he grabbed the remote and changed the channel. Faith shrugged off the thoughts and carried on eating her food.
