Faith shut her car door and walked towards the school building, it now was Monday and she had, had the worst nights sleep. She had barely even slept, all she could think think about was what had happened at the club, what was said at the club and then the aftermath.

She felt stupid, humiliated and extremely embarrassed. She was thankful nobody from school would know what happened and how she felt, in fact nobody but her knew how she felt about it. And she was planning on keeping it that way.

Faith felt two prying eyes on her, she turned around to see Heather and Tracy glaring over at her. Faith waved to show them that she could see, Heather whispered something to Tracy before they walked back into the crowd. "Druggie" Faith muttered to herself as she walked towards her usual bench.

As she approached it she saw Kim sitting on the table area, he feet on the sitting part and a cigarette in her mouth. "Kim what are you doing?" Faith asked quickly, "you shouldn't do that" faith added and Kim smiled. "I love that your looking out for me but it feels nice, plus I'm hungover" Kim complained.

"Tell me about it" Faith laughed, Kim reached her hand out with the cigarette placed on between two of her fingers. "Want a hit?" She asked, "what's it like" Faith asked. "Relaxing" Kim replied, Faith took it out of her hand before trying a bit.

When she pulled the cigarette away and blew out a breath of smoke she began coughing which made Kim laugh, "that's not relaxing at all" Faith coughed and Kim smiled. "For me, it takes time to get used to" Kim stated as she put it out in the floor. "What do you have?" Kim asked, "maths you?" Faith replied.

"Chemistry" Kim sighed, it was the only two lessons they didn't have together. "I hate it when your not in my class" Kim complained and Faith agreed. "Let's get it over and done with" Faith sighed as the two headed into the building, they parted ways and Faith walked into her class.

She sat down at her usual spot in the front row, following the seating plan she hated. "Faith" the teacher stated, "mhm" she hummed. "Homework?" He asked and she looked at him confused, "what homework?" She asked. "The one set last lesson" He sighed.

"I wasn't here" she spoke, "doesn't stop you from coming to ask me to get a sheet" he added. "Well I didn't know did I?" She protested. "Detention" he spoke as he began to walk off, Faith stood up. "That's not fair. I wasn't here so I didn't know" she tried to calmly say but it came out aggressive sounding.

"Are you arguing with me?" He asked, "and what if I was?" She replied. "Then you can take yourself out of my classroom!" He shouted while pointing at the door. "Good I didn't even want to be here anyway" she snapped as she picked her bag up from under the desk and walked out the room.

Faith strolled around the hallways, it was lonely and quiet. It was much nicer than it was with all the people around, she thought about how much she had changed since she had arrived in LA. It was like her personality had changed a bit, she was more confident in herself than she was before.

In her home town, she always tried to hide away but now she felt like she didn't have to. She had Kim no matter what, she felt more relaxed here. And she never wanted to leave.

"Faith?" Kim called and Faith turned around, "what are you doing out?" She added. "Got kicked out" Faith laughed and Kim smiled, "same" she added. Kim joined Faith by her side, "what for?" She questioned. "Arguing, you?" Faith spoke.

"Exactly that" she sighed.

The rest of the day went by smoothly, Faith drove herself home and once she got inside she felt the heat of her parents. "Faith" her father stated, she looked at them both confused. "What?" She asked whole thinking of all the bad things she had done, praying it wasn't any of them.

"Why did you get kicked out of your maths class you need that lesson, your already dropping grades!" Her mother shouted and Faith let out a sigh of relief and rolled her eyes, "teacher was giving me hell so I fought back" Faith stated like it was nothing.

"Are you hearing yourself right now?" Her father spoke angrily and Faith turned back to look at them, "yes I said it" she laughed. "Oh so this is funny to you? Messing up your future is funny to you?" He asked again with anger fuelling his tone.

"Your so dramatic it's fine, get over it" she snapped back. "What's happened to you!" Her mother shouted, "nothing, Jesus Christ" Faith spoke as she walked up the stairs and away from her screaming parents. She shut her door and locked it before throwing her bag on the floor somewhere.

Faith sighed as she sat down on her bed and looked at her phone, she read that there was messages from an unknown number.

She looked confused as she opened them,

'Hey it's Max from school, wondering if you wanted to talk tomorrow' it stated. Faith knew who Max was, he was a popular guy at school. Popular among the ladies, she smiled. Maybe she needed a distraction from everything.

A distraction from him in particular.

'Why's that?' She typed, 'because your a pretty girl. You need someone like' he replied almost instantly.

'Alright then' she finally typed before she put the phone down and smiled to herself. She had no clue what she was getting herself into
