Chapter 1:
Another day, another beer. He was currently drowning himself in not only beer, but debt. It was 12:45 am and the bar would be closing in 15 minutes so, he decided to drink as much as he could before those 15 minutes were up. He was currently in a shiny-wood built bar, chatting up his favorite bartender.
Dreams green eyes sparkled in the lighting and his blonde hair shined. "I- I don't know man. Maybe you should go home- here I'll even call you a cab." He went to grab his phone, "No. don't." "Why?" Dream was sick of the bartender again. "I don't need people worrying about me. No one is horrible enough to have to deal with a person like me. And- and that's why I'm single too because-" the bartender cut in, "Any more words? I think you've spoken enough." Dream had a neutral look on his face, "The pubs empty and we are closing. Your spitting spite to yourself faster than your salivas coming out, too."
"Whatever." He just stood up and left accidentally running into someone. "Watch it man!" He walked three cement squares forward before lying down and immediately passing out.

And this continued, same routine. Same words. Until one day.
"Listen! If your gonna be talking about how no one should care about you or talk nice to you, I'll start talking shit to you." The bartender spoke as Dream took a sip, "Then do it, Sapnap." "I hope some saltwater ruins your clothes, and I hope you spend the rest of your life sleeping alone, I hope the problems that make your life harder, sit stubborn in your stomach like your kidney stones but yet, all of this, is over a kiss. You weren't there, why are you pressed by this? It's turning 12 in the morning and I swear that your on your last warning. But, even after you think no one's here for you, I'm still here! I'm not leaving you."

A drunken dream, strayed away by his thoughts says nothing, so Sapnap continues. "You won't get what you need. And you know it's always the same, it's all just a game to you that's why you sleep on concrete floor. And I'm not sure this towns gonna let you off easily if you keep. Doing. The same. Thing."

His eyes were glossy and he was ready to leave. Putting things in perspective? He needs to quit drinking. "I'm gonna Um, I'm gonna go catch a bus." He stood up and slightly stumbled, "can I uh- can I have a water?" Sapnap shot him a closed lip smile and turned to grab him a bottle of water and gave it to him, Dream reached for his wallet and Sapnap immediately put a hand up, "Nope. Because your doing this, this is on me." Dream nodded, whispering a small thank you and heading out the door.

He was pissed off and marching to the bus stop station, he was finished with his water already, too. With pissed-off eyes glossed with earlier conversations and the consequence of his desperation was that the people on the night bus have to listen to him. He was sitting there taking to this random stranger, he was a really pretty guy. His name was... something with a G? He thinks. He can't remember much about it when he got home.
He apparently got his number, too.
But, what he does remember about the bus is that when the one guy left he kept looking at himself in the windows reflection. All he wanted to do was hit himself.

But, he had to remind himself that all this started because of a stupid reason.

The bus stopped and he got off but all he remembers is a clock.

Tick

Boom

He was awake. He was lying in a hospital bed with a broken arm. "Your up!" The person walked over to him and hugged him. He couldn't really see who it was because his vision was blurry but he still hugged him back with his right arm due to his left being broken. He rubbed his eyes finally seeing who it was.

"Hello Dreamy."

"Hi Sappy."

Chapter 2:

Sapnap was currently watching over him, as his emergency contact, knowing something he didn't.

"I'm so glad your ok." "Yeah, me too. Hey, where's my phone?" Sapnap picked it up and gave it to him.

"Dream."

"Dream!"
"What Sapnap?!"
"I have to talk to you." Sapnap sat down in the chair next to his bed, "Dream, your ex is coming and-"

Dream was laying in a hospital bed and now here comes his lying, cheating, narcissistic ex is entering the room.
"Hey dreamicorn!"
Fucking Joshua. Why did I ever date a man named JOSHUA!?
"Go. Now... Don't, even."
"Aww dreamy don't be like that to me!" Joshua complained like the bitch his is, trying to get Dream to feel bad.

"Security! Anyone!" Sapnap screamed and security showed up, "make him leave please!!" Dream begged, tears streaming down his face, the flashbacks were to much.
He was suddenly removed from the room as the second he left Sapnap went to comfort him. "Hey, hey! it's ok. It's alright Dreamy." Dream felt safe in his arms but whose arms he'd rather be in shouldn't be spoken right now. Sapnap sat back in the chair, softly holding my hand in comfort.
"Text back whoever you were texting dreamie."

-Dream

-George🍄

-Dream

Ten minutes later there was a knock on the door. "Who is it?" "George." Sapnap turned to Dream confused, "Let him in."
