————— i woke up and turned around to look at jake and i kiss his forehead. i looked back though because i heard the sounds of rumbling and i get up to see clearer.
a huge bulldozer starts breaking the tree of voices and i hold my hand on my mouth out of shock. tears immediately start streaming down my face. "ma jake! wake up!" i shake him but he doesn't wake up. ————— i gotta get back to ak'tari. jake thinks to himself and starts rolling to his link but grace stops him. "don't make me force feed a cripple." she lets out jake laughs "grace, i dont want any- hey!" jake says as grace presses the emergency stop button on the link. grace hands him the plate and he starts gulping down the food he then hands the plate back to grace. ———— "jake please wake up!" i yell at him but he wont budge. the bulldozer starts to get closer and i have not choice but to drag jake. i keep yelling at him and dragging him as a branch falls and nearly cuts jakes feet off. i pull him by his underarms.

i was so out of breath i struggled to pull him over another branch. "JAKE!!" i scream jake finally wakes up and quickly gets up trying to figure out what's happening, then he realizes and gets up. "hey! stop! stop!" jake waves his arms.
the camera on the bulldozer zooms in on jake as hes blocking the way "hey boss, i got a native doing the funky chicken here. hes blocking my blade." "well, keep going he'll move." selfride says with a mouthful of food. "these people have to learn that we don't stop. come on go, go, go." he adds pushing the stick.
