                      - 3 months later -

I packed the last of my belongings into a box, I took one last look around the apartment before I closed to the door behind me and headed for the moving truck. I smiled as James came around to take the box from me, giving me a kiss on the cheek as he stuffed the final box in the truck and closed the door.

"Are you ready?" He said in a soft tone. I just nodded and we both got inside the truck. I can't believe I was doing this, moving in with a guy after three months seems crazy but James is the sweetest guy i've ever been with. We really get each other, there's never any worries when we're together.

After that night with Tom I realized I deserve better, someone who won't make me feel like a prisoner. I started spending more time with James and we really hit it off. Since my lease was ending on my apartment he suggested I move in with him and I said yes. We officially started dating only a month and a half ago but something about James just feels so safe. We'll have separate bedrooms so we're not jumping into full on locked in relationship yet.

We pulled up to the apartment and started unloading all the boxes, thankfully I didn't have too much stuff, so we could manage without having to pay for extra help. James and I brought all the boxes inside and started putting everything in its respective place. The apartment was cute, it had kind of an industrial look to it which I honestly loved.

It was now about 6 pm and we had finally got everything situated. James and i were both relaxing on the couch, we decided to order pizza and watch a movie together. I had my legs draped over his lap as we both chewed on a piece of pizza. Everything felt so nice when we were together.

"So, how are you feeling?" James rubbed my leg to snap me out of my thoughts.

"I'm really happy, this was definitely a good decision." I said happily.

"Me too, baby. I'm so glad you're here." James said sweetly. I smiled and moved closer to him, resting my head on his shoulder. He continued rubbing my leg as we turned our attention back to the movie that was playing.

We stayed like that for a while until we both ended up falling asleep, tangled into each other on the couch. Everything was good.

I woke up to the sun shining in my eyes and James snoring, I squinted and shimmied my way out from under him. I stood up and stretched my body, feeling amazing. My new surroundings felt so relaxing, everything I needed was waiting here for me.

I brewed myself a cup of coffee and made my way out to the balcony, bringing a book and my phone. I put on some relaxing music and opened my book. I stayed like that for a while, sipping my coffee and disappearing into my book. The cool breeze hitting me every so often.

I heard the sliding door creak behind me which pulled me out of my moment, making me jump slightly. It was James, clearly just waking up. His hair was a mess and his eyes were puffy, he was wearing just sweatpants and I would be lying if I said I wasn't trying not to drool. He smiled lazily as he sat down on the chair next to me, leaning his head back and pushing his hair out of his face.

"Good morning" He said in a husky morning voice. I lowered my music and put my bookmark in my book and set it on my lap. I turned my body to face him and smiled, I loved mornings like this.

"Good morning sexy" I said taking in his current look a second time. He just smirked and reached over to squeeze my thigh, making me jump and squeal. He just chuckled and kept his eyes locked on mine. I leaned in and gave him a soft kiss, his warms lips connecting with mine.

"I don't wanna go to work today." He groaned as he pulled away. I just gave him a fake pouty face and nudged him. We both headed back inside and got ready for the day.
