Ross' POV

It's been a week and a half since Alyssa went into a coma. We leave to go on tour in 3 days. There really hasn't been a sign that Alyssa is going to wake up anytime soon, which really breaks my heart because that means I will have to leave her for 2 months. In those two months she will probably wake up and I will not be here to kiss her hello or tell her that everything is going to be okay. She is going to be so worried about me probably thinking that I died or just didn't care about her and just left to go on tour. I've been visiting her everyday just waiting for her to awaken. Unfortunately that hasn't happened, but I have faith in her.

I walk through the doors of the hospital walking up to Alyssa's room. Room 233. The nurses greet me as I walk past the nurse's station. I greet them back. Everyone that works here now knows me since I've been coming here everyday for a week straight. Everyone's really nice. Although I have had to leave early sometimes because I need to practice for our tour in 3 days, which right now I am not looking forward to considering as of right now it's going to be without Alyssa.

Mr. Clemons, Alyssa's doctor, stopped me as I walking to Alyssa's room. "Good morning Mr. Lynch I see your here quite early."

"Yeah I woke up early so I thought I would come now." I said.

"Well I have some very good news about Alyssa." He says with a smile. I immediately smile widely.

"Well what is it?!" I yell a little to loud because people start to stare but right now I really don't care.

"I have seen some signs of Alyssa waking up and I can assure you she will be awake in the next three days."

"That's awesome thank you!" I give him a hug, then realizing what I'm doing let go. " Sorry I'm just really happy."

"Don't apologize Mr. Lynch I understand." he starts to walk away but I walk in front of him.

"Wait. First you can call me Ross, and also I just remembered we leave on tour in three days is there any sign of her waking up before then?" I say feeling nervous.

"I'm not sure Mr. Ly- I mean Ross. It is always possible. Don't be so worried though I'm sure she will wake up at least on the day you leave and you can work something out." he says walking to his office.

"Thanks." I say back to him. I then walk to my lovely girlfriend's room. She looks so peaceful and gorgeous. I sit beside her.

"Hey baby I know you can here me. Listen I'm leaving on tour in a few days and I would really love for you to go with me. Please wake up my love for me. I love you and I can't leave you for two months." She wiggles her finger. A true sign that she can hear me. I need to call my family this is amazing!

My mom answers the phone once I call her.

Phone convo (S-Stormie)( R-Ross)

S-hello

R- hey mom I have great news!

S-what is it honey?

R- The doctor said he is certain Alyssa will awaken in the next three days!

S- that's great honey maybe she will be able to go on tour with us!

R- I'm really hoping so she also moved her fingers when I was talking to her!

S- I'm so glad one of my babies is okay!!!

R- yeah will you tell the others?

S- of course, love you!

R- love you too bye!

end of phone convo

I went back to sit next to Alyssa. I grabbed her hand and kissed her forehead.

Alyssa's POV

I felt Ross sit back down in the chair beside me. He grabbed my hand and then kissed my forehead. I have to wake up for him I just have to! C'mon Alyssa you can do this just open your eyes! I tried but my eyes felt like they had something on them so I couldn't open them up. In reality there was nothing on my eyes but it felt like there was.

I tried again but failed. I am going to keep trying until I can because I need Ross and I know he needs me.

I tried over and over but nothing happened. Finally I tried once more and my eyes fluttered open. I had to adjust my eyes to the light because I hadn't opened them in a while. I looked over to Ross and he was on his phone. "Ross." my voice was a little raspy.

Ross' POV

I heard a raspy voice say Ross. I looked up and saw Alyssa with her eyes open!

"Baby!!!!! Oh my god I missed you so much!" I immediately pulled her into a huge hug. She hugged back. We stayed there hugging for a few minutes. We finally pulled apart and looked into each other's eyes. "You are awake I can't believe it, I've missed you immensely! I've got to text my family!"

"I love you so much baby!" I smiled grabbing her hand.

"I've missed you too and I love you more." she smiled and we kissed passionately.

When we pulled apart I smiled and said "Impossible my love." I kissed her cheek.

"Is that our tradition now?" She giggled. Man I've missed that laugh of her's.

"What do you mean?" I smiled.

"How I say "I love you more" and you say "impossible my love?" She smiled and laughed.

"That will be our tradition then, our trademark, our forever." We kissed again and I knew this was the woman I wanted to spend the rest of my life with.

So It's been a while guys!
