-2 weeks later-
After making sure everything is packed, I sit down on my bed and sigh.
This is the last time I get to see this room. The last time I get to stand in it. The last time I get to sit in it. The last time I get to be in it.
There are a lot of memories in here. Good ones and bad ones.
I don't realise that I'm crying until a cold tear trickles down my cheek and hits my hand.
My dad walks in and gives me a soft smile. As I smile back, I wipe my tears and get up.
My dad stands at my doorway with his arm wide open. I walk out of the room with my dad's arm around my shoulders.
I turn around one last time and sigh once more.
" You'll be alright kiddo. " my dad smiles at me.
I gulp " Yeah. I hope so. "

" Passengers boarding flight A54. I repeat, passengers boarding flight A54. " the lady over the speaker calls.
" That's us. " my dad smiles.
I take in a sharp breath and stand up.
The family walks to where we need to board the plane.
We hand our tickets to the lady and she rips off a piece, and returns the ticket.
We walk through the cold hall and reach the entrance of the plane.
The man gives us a warm smile and we proceed to walk to our seats.
Once everyone on the plane is settled, the pilot talks over the speaker telling everyone to buckle their seat belts and prepare to take off.
The plane starts to shake and rumble as it lifts itself off the ground. I grip on to the arm rests tightly and squeeze my eyes shut. I really don't like going on planes.
I hold my breath until what seems like forever.
Once the plane finally glides smoothly through the air, I let out a big sigh of relief.
I take a look out the window ( I have a good view since I have a window seat ) and gasp at the sight.
We are gliding above the clouds and I can see all of Melbourne, it's truly wonderful.
I turn to face the back of the seat infront, and there is a small screen attached.
I grab my own headphones, ignoring the ones supplied, and plug them in.
I scroll down and find my favourite movie, The Fault In Our Stars.
The title begins with little stars and Hazel lying on the ground. She begins to talk and I already get excited.
This is my favourite movie of all time and I've watched it so many times. If I had to estimate how many times, I'd say over twenty.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It is towards the end of the movie and I'm a complete mess, everyone is staring at me.
My knees are hugged tightly to my chest and I am curled up in the seat. I have a blanket draped over me and I am clutching a pillow. Tears are streaming down my face and the lady in front of me even turned around and gave me a box of tissues, when she first heard sniffling.
I always cry during this movie, no matter how many times I watch it.
My brother wakes up from his sleep and turns to me. He laughs when he sees the state I'm in and drapes his arm over my shoulder. He knows that this movie always makes me cry. I give him one of the headphones and we watch the rest of the movie together.
