Captain Fernando and the couple rode the motorboat back to the outpost. After leaving the boat, Alana suggested she take Lewis on a coffee date.
"Lewis, do you wanna go out for some coffee?" Alana asked Lewis after she had gotten into the car.
"Yes, of course, love," Lewis replied.
They drove to a nearby cafe -- 'Viejo Café Nocturno.' It was a winsome cafe. Lush greenery surrounded each table. The lights illuminated an old aesthetic that made customers feel like they were living in the 90s again. The couple wanted to enjoy that, too.
When they arrived at the cafe, Squirrels greeted them. Alana had never been to this cafe. Never. So she did not expect tamed animals to greet her instead of the opulent waiters. As the couple walked inside, they saw what they had expected. Bodacious vines. Pink wooden tables. Coruscant lights. It was amazing. Alana walked up to register and began to order.
"Good Morning, ma'am, sir, welcome to Viejo Café Nocturno. What would you like to order? We have all sorts of coffee. Please check out our menu!" The waiter asked.
"I'll have the Frappuccino, please," Alana replied.
"And for a young man? What would he be having?" The waiter asked.
"I'll have the Latte," Lewis replied.
"Great! We'll have it delivered to your table along with the bill," The waiter said.
When the couple sat down at a nearby table, Alana began to have flashbacks. She suddenly saw a vision of when she and Lewis had won a tournament. The flashback was blurry. It almost seemed like a dream. When the waiter had delivered their food, Alana snapped back to reality. She took out her wallet and paid for the drinks.
"You okay?" Lewis asked Alana.
"Yeah, I'm fine. I just saw this weird vision."
"You should stop thinking too much! Take a break. For now, let's enjoy our time. Cheers to a wonderful life, Alana!"
"Cheers, indeed."
