Alana carried Lewis back to GEA, which was in lockdown. Donna opened the doors, only to find Lewis injured and Alana untouched.
"We saw everything, Alana. You don't need to explain anything to us. Now, get him some medical treatment," Donna said. She looked disappointed, of course. It was because the crew almost died.
Alana saw rescue jets and helicopters preparing to land. They received the emergency contact. This time, General Marcus came. The medics bolted towards the injured crew with heavy medical equipment.
"I thought the storm would prevent jets from passing through easily?" Alana asked the General.
"The storm disappeared. Thus, Navatheas is only a short distance from the oil rig base, but we did hassle our arrival," General Marcus replied.
One of the medics gave Lewis a towel and a bandage to wrap his scratches. Alana still felt disgusted with what she could've done if she didn't fight back the curse.
"Lewis . . ." Alana said.
"Hm?" Lewis asked.
"I will never leave you. Lest, till death do us part," Alana said.
