After Cass left, Klaus went upstairs to Hope's room; he knocked on the door, and Hope told him to come in. He found his daughter with her nose in her new book; she smiled at her father.

Klaus sat on the bed beside Hope, “Are you sure you want to learn this kind of magic, Princess? Freya can continue to teach you instead.”

Hope closed her book, “I'm sure, Dad. I always felt like there was a part of me that was missing. Sure, I can do Wiccan Magic, but it's not enough. Aunt Freya told me that she thought it was odd that I excelled at certain things but struggled with others. Now I know why; the potions part is almost the same, but I couldn't tap into my power through the ancestors because that's not where my power comes from.”

Klaus nodded, “Can you explain to me how you feel different from a Wiccan witch?”

Hope sat up and looked at her father, “I feel something inside of me that makes my skin tingle. It feels like something is trying to get out, but it's being blocked. When I had bouts of accidental magic, I felt relief. Like a pressure, a valve had been opened. Now I feel complete and excited to try my new magic. I can't wait to start my lessons! There are so many things I need to catch up on before the new school year, but I will work as hard as I can.”

Klaus thought, “Would it help you if I offered Ms. Black to stay here?”

Hope's face lit up, “You would do that for me?” She asked.

Klaus chuckled and hugged his daughter, “Of course I would; anything you need, I will do my best for you.”

Hope hugged her father and thanked him. With that, Klaus left Hope's bedroom and went to talk to Elijah and the others. The only one that agreed immediately was Elijah. He had spent enough time with Lady Black to know she was a good person and only wanted to help Hope. It took a bit to convince the others. They were suspicious of any witch that wasn't related to them. But with Elijah's reassurance, everyone reluctantly agreed. Smiling, Elijah took out his phone and dialed Cass's number. Klaus narrowed his eyes; he felt something in his stomach burn when he saw Elijah had Cass's number.

The phone rang three times before Cass answered, “Hello?”

“Cass?” Elijah asked.

“Elijah! What a pleasant surprise. How can I help you?” Cass asked.

Klaus's eyes narrowed at the familiarity Elijah had with the witch. Once again, his stomach twisted, and he held back a growl.

“Well, Cass, my brother spoke with Hope earlier about her magical education, and he wanted me to ask you if you would be willing to stay here in the compound to tutor Hope more often.”

“Oh, I thought of that already. I thought of renting an apartment in the city closer to Hope. I already filed my leave of absence from the Ministry to spend all my time with Hope. But if you want me to stay there, I see no reason not to. Of course, if it's not an imposition.”

“No, of course not. We have plenty of room and would be honored if you accepted.”

Thank you, Elijah, then I accept.

“You're welcome, Cass. How long will it be until you return?”

“I only need to pack; I should be there in an hour or two.”

“Alright, Cass, see you then.”

“Okay, Elijah, see you later, bye.”

With that, Cass hung up and drew her wand. She waved her wand and began packing her belongings. When she finished, Cass decided to see her parents and tell them what was happening. Then she would inform her uncle as well. Cass spent time with her parents, informing them of her new assignment. Sirius hugged his daughter, “Please be careful, Pup. New Orleans is the hub of the supernatural.”

Cass hugged her dad, “I will, Dad, besides you know that these supernaturals are no match for our kind.”

“That's true,” Her mother added, “But remember, you'll be outnumbered.”

Cass grinned at her mother, “Uncle Samuel fixed that. If I'm ever in trouble, he'll have the Aurors apparate in. And he told me I can use the killing curse if I have to.”

Her mother nodded her approval. She knew that Cass had no problem using Dark Magic. Unlike her and Sirius, who were Light Magicals, Cassiopeia inherited her magic from not only the Black family but also from her side. The Quohogs were not considered a Dark Family, but they were grey, and so was Cass. It bothered Sirius a bit, but there was nothing to be done. As long as his daughter didn't turn Dark, he could accept it. After Cass left her parent's house, she said goodbye to her friends and apparated to The Abattoir.
