What is life?

I updated a lot recently even tho im having a science exam tmr.. But here ya go~~~

"Rosie! Where are you taking me? It's only three AM in the morning!" Al protested while being dragged into the basement by Rosie.

"Just shut up, will you?" Rosie replied impatiently, she closed the door in the basement.

" Colloprotus!" Rosie pointed her wand at the thick black door.

"What was that?" Al asked curiously, poking at the door.

"The locking spell, come on let's go." Rosie pushed Al forward into a dark corner.

"What are we doing here?" Al blew off the dirt on the ground and sat down with a thump.

"Explaining, and planning." Rosie slide down onto the floor and sneezed. "Excuse me"

Then she got all serious and talked to Al about the things that Harry told her, she thought it was important for her best friend to know and to help her.

"So you're saying we need to find out what Letsrage, no, Lestrange is seeking and get it or destroy it before her?" Al asked after a long and non-stop explanation.

"Yes, Al, That's exactly what I was talking about." Rosie relaxed a little bit now that Al got what she was trying to communicate.

"Rosie, but what made it our duty to destroy that thing?" Al asked, not willing to take the risk.

"Because, Al, no one else in the school knows and we can't just put everyone into danger." Rosie said, couldn't believe what Al just asked. Wasn't it very straight forward that they should get it? Like the thing got to have something to do with her, why else would Letsrage, Lestrange had took her out during the first day? She still had trouble remembering Lestrange's real name.

"Still don't understand Rosie, you said that only we know about the secret, but why not just tell everyone? ...Oh! because then Lestrange would know and will act quicker." He answered himself after his own question.

"Yes, and also I think that I'm some how connected with this. I mean why did Lestrange bring me into the Room of Punishments on the first day?" Rosie added.

"Good point..life is so complicated." Al mumbled in his breath but Rosie heard it, and agreed whole heartly.

"Yes, Al.. Life is complicated, but that's what makes life.." Rosie replied quietly while patting Al.

"Oh.. Rosie..Life is as complicated as a potato" He then chuckled at his own joke, but then became deadly serious "I just made a quote Rosie, and it's real deep. Potatoes are very complicated, they are not like normal food. They can keep anyone alive as long as they grow and a lot of products are made by potatoes. Chips, fries, mash potatoes, roast potatoes and lots of thing, also potatoes can be eaten with steaks. That made it very complicated."

At first Rosie thought it was funny, but then she thought, yes, life is as complicated as a potato. "Al! That is smart! Life is the most complicated thing; but nothing is as complicated as a potato, therefore life is as complicated as a potato." She said it and then grinned at what she just said.

They laughed until their stomach hurts and drops of tear rolling down their face.

"Think we should go to sleep?"

"Yeh, Good night!"

"Sweet dreams!"
