It was true. Rodriguez shot Sam. At least, that's what I heard on the video footage Sam sent me. I was breathless. Speechless. There was no way I was going to school today. I wasn't going to call the police, either. That would put me on Rodriguez' "murder" list. It looks like Rodriguez had already crossed Sam off his list. I would just wait it out and act as if nothing ever happened. Would Rodriguez come for me next? Before he does, I would memorialize the girl I loved.
