Rodriguez was gone. Daniel would be furious. I bet he would storm into the room, unrope me, grab my shirt collar, and tell me how bad of a worker I am and say that I am not entirely dedicated to my job. Daniel stormed into the room. He looked at me, took out his knife, and cut all the ropes in one slice. He grabbed my shirt collar.

"When can you ever learn to do your job? I bet he cut those ropes as soon as we left the room. You are not dedicated to your job at all. Even those children in the movie 'Spy Kids" are better than you!" he said in Russian.

"I'm sorry, Mister Short-Tempered, that he's stronger than me!" I said.

"He is very strong," said Tod. So at least someone was on my side.

"Shut up, noob," Daniel told Tod, pushing him back. Tod lurked in the corner. Daniel turned back to me. "If you don't start doing your job, I'll tell Alexander we could have a double agent."

No, he wouldn't. He wouldn't lie to our boss, would he? I need to start taking action.
