Tanjiro bolted for the head of the demon. I had seen the tiny man. That's what made Genya's sword snap in half?!
I stayed with Genya to take on the demon right in front of us. Except.. when I went to swing at it, I spotted something in the corner of my eye.
'There are.. four of them, all of their eyes read upper four.. could this be like those sibling demons!?'
The demon with burning red eyes lifted up both his hands, and in an instant, he drew two of the demons in. He crushed both their flesh and absorbed them, then going after the blue-eyed demon in front of us, doing the same.
His body began to shed and turned into a new demon. That small one had to be a main body, then, right?
"TANJIRO, MOVE IT!!" Genya screeched out
That new demon appeared right behind Tanjiro. He banged one of the drums that surrounded him. The next second, dragons made out of wood busted out of the ground. Nezuko had caught her brother after he almost got mauled in half. They both fell to the ground. I rushed over to their lying bodies.
"Are you alright?!" I skidded next to them
"Spite.. Enmity.. nothing but hatred. For those who bathe in pure evil." That demon who had shed from the other sneered
That small body started to get surrounded by a ball of hardwood, "HOLD IT!!"
The demon's gaze shot at us. What an intimidating presence. I practically choked on my own breath.
"What, Scum. Don't like what I'm doing here? Hey, you evil shit-heads." His words boiled my blood.
"How are we evil? What a sick mindset." I pushed through the pressure he emitted
"You're tormenting the weak, right?"
"Small weakling? Who.. exactly is that? Don't say that. Your smell. You smell of blood." Tanjiro's veins on his forehead became visible, his anger rising by the second.
