"No! They're my friends!" Sunny exclaimed. "We're not involved in the war!"
Before Majesty could say anything, Clay stepped in. "Please, this is just a misunderstanding. We're in the middle of a war, so it's right to be suspicious, but we're a lone group of dragons trying to bring peace to all the tribes. Someone close to us is hurt, and we are trying to heal them. We just want peace." Clay continued talking, and soon enough they were walking back to Asha.
After entering the rainforest and letting Asha heal for a few days, Asha called the dragonets of destiny into the healing hut. She was starting to feel much better, and Clay was able verjoyed at how well she was recovering. Starflight had pointed out that it was just science, although he seemed relieved as well.
"Dragonets," Asha said, "I am so proud of you." She turned towards Clay. "And all of you have your own special gifts. Clay, my nephew, you are not as dull as you may think. I saw what you did back there, talking to the guards. You have a way with words unlike anyone I have ever met. You have a great power."
Majesty narrowed her eyes slightly at the compliment. Tsunami seemed slightly offended as well. "I have a way with words!" Tsunami protested.
Asha laughed. "No offense, Tsunami, but your way with words is often to use them as your weapon. A strength in itself, but Clay is truly the hero today. I wouldn't be alive right now without him." Majesty raised her brow a little bit. "What was I saying?" Asha asked. "...Oh, yes. I remember now. Clay. My nephew. You have great power. And with great power must also come great responsibility."
Majesty suddenly brightened. "You're right, Asha! We have a duty. The world believes in us!"
Asha laughed. "That's the spirit. I think I'm going to take a stroll into the Rainforest, okay? I've never really been in it before. I guess I never left the Mud Kingdom much until you five came around."
The five waited until Asha left. "What should we do now?" Sunny asked.
"The easiest way to explore the Rainforest is to split up," Starflight suggested. "We can cover the most ground here. After what happened in the Sea Kingdom, I think that Morrowseer is up to something."
"I'll take the south side," Tsunami declared.
"I think I'll head to the East," Clay said.
"Majesty, you should take the north side," Starflight said. "Sunny and I can go west."
"Yayyy!!!" Sunny exclaimed.
The dragonets split up, leaving Clay alone in his thoughts as he walked into the forest. He listened to the birds whistling in the treetops, and the song of the wind rustling in the branches. Nature was beautiful, and he was surrounded by nothing else. So that was why he was the first one to spot Asha's body, killed by the rainforest monster.

Deathbringer felt the brisk air rushing against his scales. He gently released a jet of flame, lighting the fire and setting the sand around him ablaze in a reddish glow. He just had to finish this one mission, and then he might have a break for a while. Suddenly, he heard wingbeats coming from behind him.
He whirled around and saw an IceWing flying towards him. She was the most beautiful dragon he had ever seen- even more beautiful than some of the RainWings he had captured. The dragon had landed in front of him, and she was staring at him impatiently.
"I'm sorry." Deathbringer looked at her. "Did you say something?"
The IceWing let out an exasperated sigh. "I said, what are you doing?" she demanded.
"I'm here to meet a few dragons," Deathbringer said evasively. "What about you?" He asked the IceWing. "Why are you in the Sand Kingdom, and this far from the Ice Kingdom?" He expected the IceWing to blush profusely or something and explain herself. Instead, she lifted up her head.
"This land has been promised to Queen Glacier, and it will be ours after we win the war," she said curtly. "And meeting a few dragons? Really? I thought you just... you just skulked around your hidden location congratulating one another on knowing everything and doing nothing."
Deathbringer absolutely loved this IceWing's personality. She was cold and quick to answer, although it may have been because of the NightWing/ IceWing issue. "Where's your sense of awe?" He decided upon saying. "Your terror of our powers?" Deathbringer tried to show off his wings in a majestic way but almost burst out laughing.
"If your powers were so great, you should use them to stop the war," the IceWing said. "Also, I'm the one with the frostbre- freezing death breath here."
Deathbringer was caught off guard for a second, as the IceWing seemed to be leading to the possibility of the truth. "Maybe we'll stop the war someday," he said. "May- wondering," he said, suddenly changing topics, "have you seen any dragonets from different tribes nearby?"
The IceWing let out a snort. "Sure, Queen Glacier just lets enemy tribes walk into the palace. Have a nice chat, you know." The IceWing glanced behind her. "I... I'd think you would know that. Because NightWings are all-seeing and all-knowing."
"Don't forget all-wonderful and all-handsome," Deathbringer added, giving her his winning smile.
The IceWing commented on how she couldn't tell if they stayed hidden. He decided to interpret it as an invitation and asked if she wanted to go to an IceWing Tavern with him for a drink sometime. After she declined his most generous offer, Deathbringer tried to give her his most charming and heart winning smile, to which she raised her brow again. "Want me to get you a drink instead?" He asked. Deathbringer was denied again.
Deathbringer suddenly realized that he didn't even get the IceWing's name. "What's your name?" He asked.
"Can't tell you," she said. "IceWing business."
"What if I tell you mine?" Deathbringer asked.
"Then I... h- frankly, I'm not that interested."
"I'm still going to tell you anyways, if you'll come again. Will you?" He asked as he lifted into the sky.
"Maybe," she said. "I'm pretty busy." Of course the IfeWing wouldn't budge. Deathbringer loved it.
"My name- my name is Deathbringer," he said.
All right everyone! Thanks for following with me if you have for this long, I know I haven't been very dedicated. Following a script is hard though, and most of Deathbringer's lines are from Tui T Sutherland! Thank you! I've been reading a lot of fan fictions lately btw and have been also reading some digital comics. I love references!
