Two weeks later.

Deathbringer was the happiest he had ever been in his life. He was the bodyguard for Queen Majesty of the SkyWings, who had apparently been the closest heir to the SkyWing throne now that Queen Tourmaline was busy raising her son. The NightWing plan to raid the Sky Kingdom for its rich easily tradable minerals and its mostly defenseless dragons had been called off. And he was her bodyguard.

The day was going pretty well when the visitors arrived. They claimed to be from another "universe," whatever that meant. He assumed they were from some sort of slightly different reality??? But anyways, they claimed to be looking for a Rainforest. The purple one, Lavender, was the one who had asked.

"Is the war over here?" Asked the SeaWing. She had been introduced as Lapis. The SandWing had introduced herself as Mirage. "Because some worlds are still... in the first war," she said.

"Yes," Mirage added. "How did the Rainforest end up?"

Deathbringer grew confused, and not just because a SamdWing cared about what seemed like a forest. "Rainforest? Is that like... a forest where it always rains?"

Lavender paled. "What do you mean? Don't you have a Rainforest Kingdom? Or RainWings?"

Deathbringer shrugged. "After our attack on the Sky Kingdom failed, I came here to be a bodyguard for Queen Majesty of the SkyWings. She's amazing," he said, recalling his find memories with her. "When we first met, she had disguised herself as an IceWing, and-"

"And denied to tell you where the dragonets of destiny were, as well as denying your offer for a drink?" Lavender asked, to Deathbringer's surprise.

"Why... yes, she did," Deathbringer said slowly. What was this Lavender getting at?

"Seriously, is something wrong with your universe?" Lavender asked.

"Well.." Lapis said quietly, "we don't need to be that harsh, Gl- Lavender."

"Is there a problem?" Deathbringer turned around and was relieved to see his queen, Majesty.

"We have some queer guests," Deathbringer replied.

"Greetings," Mirage said, "we're from different universes. I'm Mirage, the SeaWing is Lapis, and the RainWing is Lavender."

"Lovely to meet you all," Majesty said.

"It's interesting to see a SkyWing with Deathbringer," Lavender said suddenly.

"Oh?" Majesty asked.

"Well, you see... in my universe I am in a relationship with Deathbringer."

"How interesting, Lavender... well, I'll love him for a thousand years... right?" Majesty gave Lavender one of her flashing smiles. Lavender took a step back. "And you. SandWing. What did you saw your name was? Jasmin?"

The SandWing's eyes widened. "I never told you my name..." she hissed.

Oh, oops. Don't worry about Deathbringer, he can't hear any of this. I messed up big time, didn't I, Jasmin. Ha! I've rarely heard of you being so surprised, for an assassin like you. Oh. They should be able to hear too, hehe. Sorry-

"Oh, oops. Don't worry about Deathbringer, he can't hear any of this. I messed up big time, didn't I, Jasmin. Ha! I've rarely heard of you being so surprised, for an assassin like you." Majesty let out a rough laugh.

"I can't say I was too surprised," Jasmin said. "After the whole RainWing concept blew right over you."

"What did you do to Deathbringer?" Lavender asked, slightly panicked. "Wh.. what did you do to Glory? Or the other RainWings? The RAINFOREST?!"

"Glory! Calm down!" Majesty purred. "We know how all these stories go. Bad guys lose, good guys win. There's just a very unfortunate idea I had- what if all the good guys... became the bad guys?"

"What... what do you mean?" Lapis asked.

"Come see Clay, shall we?" Majesty smiled.

There was a sudden flash of light, and then the dragons were in a different section of the Rainforest. "I failed her..." Clay whispered to himself. "I won the war, but I couldn't save my own aunt... I knew I was the most boring, most useless dragon to ever exist..."

Tsunami suddenly stormed into view. "CLAY!" She roared. "What are you doing over here? We need you to Theophrastus prepare the Academy! That YOU wanted! I wanted ZERO part in this! So get over to Jade Mountain, or I'm going to claw your throat out!" She shook her claw in a menacing way before leaving.

"You see," Majesty said, "the alternate dragonets were killed off because they weren't important. Clay is already not important, and I'm trying to work Tsunami to be a villain. Wait till you see Starflight though!"

Lavender let out a hiss. I don't want to see this happening to my friends! The flash of light appeared again, dragging the dragons inside once more. Starflight was whistling as he worked, sorting through a large pile of scrolls. Lavender couldn't tell what was wrong for a second, until she realized in horror what was chained against the wall- an IceWing. The scroll Starflight had paused to look at and was currently reading was titled "The Science Behind Frostbreath."

Starflight smiled. "Mastermind... someone called me a mastermind today. Yes... Starflight the mastermind."

"Hey Starflight!" A voice exclaimed.

Not her too.

"Oh, hi Sunny. How are you doing today?"

"I'm doing amazing, as always! Why wouldn't I?" She asked. "Everything's amazing! Oh, Hi there IceWing! My name's Sunny! Nice to meet you!"

"She's too close," Lapis whispered.

"Sunny, no!" Starflight exclaimed. But it was too late. The IceWing had already shot Sunny with frost breath.

"It's okay!" Sunny said. "A little chilly, but a cool way to go! Get it? Haha!"

"No, Sunny! Not cool!" Starflight frantically ran outside.

"Don't worry about it!" Sunny exclaimed. "I'm fine! I've never done this be-" Then the frostbreath covered Sunny's snout.

"Sunny!" Lavender exclaimed. She turned towards Majesty. "What are you doing to my friends?" She growled.

"Wait one second," Majesty said.

"I don't want to see this one," Lavender groaned. She covered her eyes with her talons but still sensed the teleportation or whatever it was.

"Majesty? What are y out doing here? And... who are those- is that... me? Was that part of your plan?" Glory asked.

So RainWings did exist here... or at least one who Majesty apparently locked away from everyone's memory.

"Oh, no!" Majesty said with a smile. "They're  just OCs."

"You mean... from another universe?" Lapis asked.

"Ummm yeah! It means... off course." Majesty smiled.

"She's lying," Jasmin hissed to Lavender.

Lavender nodded her head. "I know."

"Majesty." Lavender turned around and was surprised to see Lapis was the one who spoke.

"Now this will be interesting," Majesty said with a smile. "Go on."

Lapis looked at Jasmin (and then Lavender) nervously before continuing. "What you're doing is wrong. And I know it."

Majesty smiled. "No. What I'm doing is awesome. And your creator knows it."
