26. Rumaisa is a Siren

After their conversation Rumaisa returned to her room without glancing at anyone. She saw Ayudh was sleeping soundly while clutching her pillow. She sat beside him and caressed his hair.

She saw Ayudh smiling in his sleep probably because of some dream. Rumaisa also smiled because he was looking so cute in his sleep . And suddenly a tear drop fell from her eyes. Her left hand automatically went to her stomach caressing it. More tears fell from her eyes but she controlled her self.

She wiped her face . She covered Ayudh properly and went to Washroom. She splashed water on her face multiple times. When she looked presentable she cameout. She wiped her face and went outside.

She saw everyone were seated on the same place. She went towards them but Kaushalya called her and patted the space next to her. She smiled and went towards her.

No one said anything to her. She sat next to Kaushalya. And to break the silence Ankush spoke "Bhabi Maa kal se toh Ramzan start hone wala hain na"

Rumaisa smiled and noded in affirmation. And after that the elders also got involved in the talks but Ranvijay was silent.

Ranvijay looked at Rumaisa but she was not even glancing at his side. And soon everyone started bidding byes as it was too late and next morning everyone has their own duties.

At last twins came towards Rumaisa and hugged her tightly . Rumaisa hugged them back and when they said bye Rumaisa corrected them by saying " Ata hoon "

They smiled and said the same and went. Now only Ahmed , Anusuya , Rumaisa , Assad and Momin are there including lil Ayudh.

And they also went to their respective rooms as tomorrow they have to wake up for Sehri.

Ranvijay's POV •••

After hearing her I realized how wrong I was. I don't know how to gain her forgiveness but I will try my best. Currently I am driving aimlessly on these roads.

After few Hours of drive I went home to the same room we used to share. From the day she left I couldn't bring my self to enter my old room again.

I called Agastya . After few rings he picked up my call. I heard some profanity before he spoke.

"Hello" He spoke groggily.

"Mujhe Rumaisa ko mafi mangni hai. Idea Bata " I said directly coming to the point.

" Toh yeh kal bhi toh bata sakta tha na yeh adhi raat ko kyun uthaya. " He whined.

" Yaar Bata be " I said while in no mood take his tantrums.

After few whining he said and immediately cut his call.

I slept as it was nearly 2Am and I have to wake up at my regular time that is 5Am.

Rumaisa •••

I woke up early as it was starting of of Ramzan today. I washed my face and brushed my teeth and covered Ayudh again as he was sleeping like a starfish with his mouth apart.

I went out to see Ammi was making Sehri and Momin with Papa and Asaad Bhai helping her. I went to her and hugged being in sleepy again. I wished everyone with "Aslam Walyekum"

They replied and I helped them with the Sehri. Although I just helped her in making the juice which was already in the mixer but I helped her.

We all sat in the dining table and started our Sehri. After finishing our Sehri we went to our respective room to offer our fazar.
